Furrow opener is an essential soil touching part on agricultural seeding machinery,which opens seed furrow and guides seed and fertilizer into the furrow when the seeding machine is working.There are many types of openers with different performance.The core-share type opener has simple structure,low manufacturing cost,good soil entry performance and low requirement for pre-sowing preparation,which is commonly used in the general-purpose machine for sowing or mid-tillage in the northeast monopoly area.When sowing on a monopoly,it is conducive to maintaining the monopoly shape and is suitable for the narrow row and dense planting pattern of monopoly soybeans in the Northeast.However,its opening resistance is high and soil disturbance increases significantly with the operating speed,which is not conducive to the improvement of sowing efficiency.The geometric analysis shows that there are obvious interruptions in the curvature function of the fitted curve of the dog badger teeth,which makes the SBOD have both shearing and squeezing effects on the soil,while the curvature of the surface of the traditional core share opener is always the same.The operating resistance was decomposed into three parts: the cutting of the core-share surface on the soil,the dynamic pressure of the soil on the core-share surface,and the dynamic pressure generated by the soil flowing on the core-share surface to obtain a comprehensive prediction model of the trencher resistance.Five trenching devices were tested in an indoor soil tank,three operating speed levels were selected,the trenching depth was uniformly set at 50 mm,and a total of 15 trenching operations were conducted.The test results showed that the average operating resistance of different types of trenching devices in the horizontal direction was significantly different,and when the operating speed was the same,the resistance in the operating direction was SBOD3,SBOD4,SBOD1,SBOD2 and CCSO0 in the order of smallest to largest;there was no significant difference between the trench profiles of the five trenching devices after the operation at three operating speeds.The performance simulation of the trencher was carried out by the discrete element method to establish a contact model suitable for black loam soil,and the soil particle parameters were calibrated,including particle density,particle size distribution,etc.;the simulation scheme of the five trenchers was determined,and 15 simulation tests were conducted;the operating resistance,soil damage distance and maximum soil lifting height of the five trenchers were analyzed,and there were some differences between the simulation results and the test results,but the reflected The simulation results and test results have some differences,but the reflected trend is generally consistent.Under the operating speed of 1m/s,2m/s and 3m/s,the trencher with the lowest resistance is SBOD3;the ones with the strongest soil breaking ability are SBOD1,SBOD3 and SBOD2 respectively.To address the problem that soil disturbance cannot be accurately measured in the discrete element software,a program based on the Matlab platform was designed to identify the soil particles disturbed in the discrete element post-processing photos and accurately calculate the disturbance area value.In order to compare the soil disturbance area of 15 groups of simulation tests,the smallest disturbance area is SBOD2,SBOD2 and SBOD4 under the operation speed of 1m/s,2m/s and 3m/s,and their disturbance area values are 29567mm2,48756mm2 and 93705mm2 in order.for the problem that the discrete element post-processing cannot accurately obtain the trench profile parameters,a method is proposed to quantify the trench profile parameters.A method is proposed to quantify the groove parameters,and a functional model is used to fit the groove profile.Comparing the groove profiles obtained after 15 simulations,it is found that the speed and core surface geometry have little effect on the groove parameters.The SBOD designed in this paper can not only reduce the operating resistance,but also effectively reduce soil disturbance,which is a good solution to the disadvantages of the traditional core-share trencher and has the prospect of popularization.
