| In this experiment,the effects of different arbusculr mycorrhiza fungi(AMF)on the growth and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings were studied by measuring the growth index and photosynthetic index of cucumber seedlings.At the same time,the effect of different AMF treatments on cucumber seedlings under the grafting conditions were studied.The impact on cucumber seedlings is expected to provide a new basis for cucumber seedling production and to achieve high efficiency and good quality of cucumber seedlings.In the experiment,the self-rooted shoots of the rootstock grafted with Jingxinzheng No.5 and the cucumbers of Zhongnong26 were used as control.The grafted and self-rooted cucumbers were inoculated with Glomus intraradices(Gi)and Glomous mosseae(Gm)were used to study the effects of different AMF treatment on growth and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings by measuring the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of grafted and self-rooted seedlings.The results showed that different AMF inoculation could promote the growth and photosynthesis of cucumber grafted seedlings and self-rooted seedlings,and the superior treatment combinations that promoted the growth and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings were grafted seedlings+Gi.In terms of growth index of cucumber seedlings,grafted seedling+Gi treatment had the best effect,plant height was increased by 24.5%compared with self-rooted seedlings,stem thickness was increased by 33.2%compared to self-rooted seedlings,and the number of leaves was increased by 23.7%compared to self-rooted seedlings.The aboveground fresh weight increased by 25.8%compared with the self-rooted seedlings,the aboveground dry matter weight of shoots increased by 31.5%compared with the self-rooted seedlings,and the leaf area increased by 42.0%compared with the self-rooted seedlings.In terms of photosynthetic index,grafted seedlings+Gi treatment had the best effect.Chlorophyll a content increased by 28.0%compared to self-rooted seedlings,chlorophyll b content increased by 34.4%,and P_n increased by 58.3%compared to self-rooted seedlings.The T_r was increased by 74.1%compared with the self-rooted seedlings,the G_s was increased by 46.8%compared to the self-rooted seedlings,the C_i was increased by 36.1%compared to the self-rooted seedlings,and the instantaneous water use efficiency(WUE)was higher than Root seedlings increased by 31.3%.Under grafted seedling+Gi treatment,the AMF had the highest mycorrhizal infection rate,reaching 75.81%,which was significantly different from other treatments,and was 7.83%higher than the self-rooted seedling+Gm. |
