| In recent years,algae biofertilizer has been used as a kind of green organic biological resources,which can improve soil,promote crop growth and resist stress.Its main application way is the form of biostimulant and soil ameliorant combined with inorganic fertilizer applied to crops.However,there are few reports on the mechanism that crop yield was increase by alginate fertilizer.Firstly,cherry radish was selected as the research subject.We studied the mechanism that seaweed extraction alleviate high temperature stress of cherry radish by adding different concentrations of seaweed extraction(SWE-1,SWE-2)into the pot plant substrate。We find out the effects of seaweed extraction on yield,fruit quality,endogenous hormone level and antioxidant enzyme system of cherry radish under high temperature stress(30℃).On this basis,the potted experiment of wheat and maize rotation was carried out with controlled-release urea combined with alginic acid to study the effects of controlled-release urea and common urea combined with alginic acid on wheat and maize yield,nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency,soil nutrient status and economic benefits.The main results were as follows:(1)Compared with the control treatment,the fresh weight and soluble protein content of fruits treated with 200mg L-1 seaweed extract were significantly increased by 180.10%and35.16%respectively.The SPAD value,nitrate reductase activity,auxin content and abscisic acid content were significantly increased by 16.84%,57.71%,145.45%,and 42.02%,respectively.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased by 56.25%,the activity of glutathione reductase(GR)was increased by 15.73%,and the activity of ascorbate peroxidase(APX)was increased by 9.37%.(2)The wheat and maize yields of CN2A1 treatment were 98.22g pot-1 and 134.84g pot-1,respectively,which had the best effect of increasing yield and income.Compared with CRU treatment,wheat and maize yields were increased by 2.58%and 16.38%,respectively.N use efficiency increased by 3.15 and 17.79 percentage points,respectively.N use efficiency of CN1A1 treatment is the highest.Compared with reduced controlled-release urea,The N use efficiency of CN1A1 treatment was significantly increased by 3.18 and 13.05 percentage points,respectively,and the yield of wheat and maize was significantly increased by 15.92%and26.05%,respectively.In addition,the transpiration rate,SPAD value and leaf area index of alginic acid treatment were significantly increased compared with those without alginic acid treatment.(3)Alginate combined with controlled-release urea significantly increased the contents of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in the soil at jointing of wheat and flaring of maize.It significantly increased the content of available potassium in the soil at flaring stage of maize by 20.87%,which promoted the crop growth.However,the contents of nitrate,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil at the harvest stage of wheat and maize decreased significantly due to the increase of yield and biomass.Compared with the conventional urea treatment,the annual rotation system of wheat and maize with alginate and controlled-release urea significantly improved the economic benefit,increasing the income per hectare by 7797.13 yuan,and increasing the income per hectare by 3,719.77 yuan under the condition of nitrogen reduction by 30%.Compared with conventional urea fertilization,the economic benefit of alginate applied with controlled release urea was significantly improved in wheat-maize annual rotation system.Compared with conventional urea fertilization,the income of alginate applied with controlled release urea was increased by 11,526.72 yuan per hectare,and the income of alginate applied with controlled release urea was increased by 5281.57 yuan per hectare under the condition of nitrogen reduction by 30%.To sum up,the use of seaweed extract significantly higher in cherry radish of resistance to high temperature stress at the same time also significantly improved the yield and quality Alginate with controlled release urea significantly improved maize winter wheat yield,and reducing fertilizer 30%,its effect is still significant And its edge in the soil nutrient reserves This research for the seaweed extract and alginic acid fertilizer on fruits and vegetables and food safety in production and application has provided the theory and data support. |
