1.Study on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal microorganisms of Yandang Ma-chicken by Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharideTo investigate the effects of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal flora of broilers,270 1-day-old Yandang Ma-chicken,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 15 chickens in each replicate.In 42-day test period,chickens in 11~17 and 25~31 day-old in every group were drenched with different solution,every chicken with 0.5 m L,including A group(non-immune)with normal saline,B group(immune)with normal saline,C group with bacitracin zinc(50 mg/Kg BW),D~F groups with 25 mg/Kg BW,50 mg/Kg BW,100 mg/Kg BW Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide respectively.The results showed as follows:1)The total ADG of group E was higher than that of other groups and significantly higher than that of group B.The total ADG of group D and F was significantly lower than that of group C.2)The TC in serum of D~F groups significantly lowered than C group.The level of D group TC and E group TP were significantly higher than A~C groups.TP content in group F and GLB content in group E were significantly higher than A and B groups.The levels of GLB in group F and TG in group D were significantly higher than A group.3)The serum immunoglobulin A(Ig A)content in E group was significantly higher than that of A and B groups.The serum C3 content in E group was significantly higher than A~C groups.The serum C4 content in D group was significantly higher than A and C groups.The serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)content in E group,the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content in B group,the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)content in D~F groups,were significantly higher than that of B and C groups.The serum TNF-α content in E group was significantly higher than that of B and C groups.The serum interleukin-4(IL-4)in E and F groups were significantly higher than that of group B.4)The contents of T-AOC and SOD in group D and Group E were significantly higher than those in Group A and Group C,and the contents of GSH-Px were significantly higher than those in group A and Group C.5)The diversity of α、β in group E and F and the Shannon index were lower than those in group B and C,indicating that the Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide had a certain effect on the intestinal flora of Yandang Ma-chicken.At the level of genus,Bacteroides in group E and F were increased compared with group B and C,and Faecalibacterium in group E were increased compared with group C.According to the difference analysis of KEGG metabolic pathways,immune system,environmental adaptation and other pathways in group E and nucleotide metabolism and digestive system pathways in group F were significantly different from those in group C.It can be seen that the Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide can improve the body quality,average daily weight gain,reduce the feed to gain ratio,improve lipid metabolism,improve the serum antioxidant level and the immunity of Yandang Ma-chicken,which can affect the diversity of chicken intestinal microflora to a certain extent.In this experiment,the effect of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(50 mg/kg BW)was better.2.Study on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal microorganisms of Yandang Ma-chicken by Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and Plant extractsThis study investigated the effects of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and plant extract on the growth performance and immune function of Yandang Ma-chicken.A total of 315 Yandang Ma-chicken of 1-day-old randomly selected from the same batch were randomly divided into 7groups(each group containing 3 replicates and 15 chicks in each replicate)as blank control group(group A),immune control group(group B),antibiotics control group(group C),Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide group(group D),the low-dose compound of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and plant extract group(group E),the high-dose compound of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and plant extract group(group F),and the plant extract group(group G).The chickens were drenched once per day at the ages of 11 to 17 days and 25 to 31 days,respectively.Group A and group B received 0.5 m L normal saline per bird,group C was administrated with 0.5m L bacitracin zinc per bird(50 mg/kg BW),group D to group G were administrated with 0.5 m L Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide per bird(50 mg/kg BW),0.5 m L Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(25 mg/kg BW)+ plant extract(125 mg/kg BW)per bird,0.5 m L Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(50 mg/kg BW)+ plant extract(125 mg/kg BW)per bird,and 0.5 m L plant extract(250 mg/kg BW)per bird,respectively.The trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)The ADG of group D,group F were significantly higher than group B.2)The serum TP,ALB levels of group D to group G were significantly higher than that of group B,but the content of serum CREA were significantly lower than group A and group B.3)The serum immunoglobulin A content of Yandang Ma-chicken in group F and group G was significantly higher than that in group A and group C,the serum immunoglobulin G content of Yandang Ma-chicken in group F was significantly higher than that in group A to group C,and the serum complement 3 content of Yandang Ma-chicken in group D and group F was significantly higher than that in group C.4)Compared with group A and group B,the serum contents of interferon-γ,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-2 of Yandang Ma-chicken in group E and group G were all significantly increased,and the serum IL-4 content of Yandang Ma-chicken in group D and group F was significantly higher than that in group A to group C.5)The serum T-AOC,SOD,CAT and GSH-Px levels of group D and group F were significantly higher than that of group A to group C,while MDA content was lower than that of group A and group C.6)At the gate level,compared with the group A to group C,the cecum Bacteroidetes in group F were richer.Compared with group C,abundance of the cecum and Firmicutes and Bacteroides in group G increased.It can be seen that Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide,and their mixtures can promote the growth,improve lipid metabolism,enhance the antioxidant capacity and the immunity and enrich the intestinal microbial community abundance.Under the conditions of this experiment,the combination group of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(50 mg/kg BW),Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(50 mg/kg BW)and PEs(125 mg/kg BW)had the best effect.
