At present,excessive fertilization in the process of wheat agricultural production causes a series of problems,such as the decline of soil fertility,the deterioration of soil physical structure,the decline of soil productivity and the serious waste of straw resources.However,the application of chemical fertilizer is the main way to increase wheat yield,and the purpose of increasing yield and efficiency and preventing soil problems can be achieved through the combined application of organic fertilizer.SN 20 was planted in Dongpo village,Feicheng City,Shandong Agricultural University on October 24,2019.Five treatments including straw removal(SR),commercial organic fertilizer(COF),humic acid potassium fertilizer(HA-K),straw returning(ST)and straw returning combined with microbial agent(MA)were set up,Based on the normal application of inorganic fertilizer,combined with the application of commercial organic fertilizer,humic acid potassium fertilizer,straw returning and straw returning combined with microbial agent,the effects of four organic fertilizer application methods on soil bulk density,soil porosity,soil three-phase ratio,size and proportion distribution of soil aggregates,and soil organic carbon content were discussed,The effects of soil physical properties,physical structure,soil organic carbon content and total nitrogen content on different forms of organic carbon supplement were discussed,and then the changes of soil physical and chemical properties were found,In order to improve soil fertility,soil structure and productivity.The main results are as follows:Additional organic carbon input can significantly improve 0-40 The experimental data of three growth stages of winter wheat showed that straw returning combined with microbial agent could significantly reduce soil bulk density(9.40%,7.28%,5.79%),improve soil porosity(11.21%,9.75%,7.49%),reduce soil solid proportion(3.84%,3.19%,3.84%),and relatively increase soil liquid and gas phase The three-phase structure of soil was optimized and the deviation of three-phase ratio was reduced.At the same time,increase the proportion of soil macro aggregates,reduce the proportion of micro aggregates,optimize the distribution and stability of aggregates.Compared with the treatment without carbon input,straw returning combined with microbial agent had the most significant effect on soil total nitrogen content(increased by37.35%,25.17%,53.56%),soil organic carbon content(increased by 51.23%,32.54%,33.67%)and aggregate total nitrogen and organic carbon content of each particle size,which provided sufficient nutrition for crop growth It also significantly increased soil carbon storage(36.49%,22.35%,26.17%),and further enhanced soil carbon sequestration and storage capacity.Additional organic carbon input can significantly improve crop yield.Compared with the treatment without carbon input,the yield of winter wheat was significantly increased by24.64%.At the same time,the treatment of organic carbon input also had a significant effect on the field characteristics of wheat.Compared with other treatments,the treatment of corn straw returning with microbial agent had the shortest plant height,the longest ear length and the most grains per ear.In conclusion,the application of chemical fertilizer and straw returning combined with microbial agent(MA)is the best way to increase crop yield and improve soil physical and chemical properties. |
