Sander lucioperca,known as“the king of freshwater fish”,is a new freshwater aquaculture object with high quality development potential because of its excellent taste and nutrition.Now,S.lucioperca artificial reproduction,aquacultural seeding scale cultivation,aquaculture production technology has not fully comprehensive breakthrough,In the area of re-export domestication,large sized seeding cultivate,compound feed culture,low stressful transport technology exist many bottleneck problem.These question lead to commercial fish supply can not meet market demand,restricts the development of the S.lucioperca industry.The study analyzed genetic structure of S.lucioperca in different populations,exploring the genetic diversity of various groups,understanding the germplasm resources of S.lucioperca can prepare for selective breeding.Carrying out most suitable conditions on the drug oxytocin,artificial insemination,incubation pattern,and ecological factor on the basis of maturity fish cultivate,reproductive characteristics,and regularity of gonad development.Building stable and efficient breeding technology of S.lucioperca.Providing theoretical and technical support for the large-scale breeding and promotion of S.lucioperca.In this study,we mastered the reproductive characteristic of sexual maturity fish,the regular pattern of gonadal development,the feature of embryonic development.The study screen the proportion of oxytocin,explorating the most important condition of artificial insemination and incubation method,successfully solved the fry open feeding problem,bait selection problem,re-export domestication question and seedling graded cultivated,grasping the key technical points of artificial reproduction and seeding cultivation.We spawned 655 maturity fish,getting1.6million seedlings,fertility rate is 57.1-73.3%,hatching rate is 66.7-81.8%.The cultivation mode of“pond+aquaculture workshop+pond”seedling was adopted,acclimation rate of feed is70.91%.After 90-95 days of pond artificial compound feed,the seedling survival rate is72.0%-92.0%,getting 34 thousand large sized seedlings,average weight is 22.9-40.2g.The study preliminarily constructed the technology of artificial reproduction and large-scale cultivation of seedlings.Now we conserving 1500 maturity fish and 2600 reserve maturity fish.The growth characteristics and fecundity of S.lucioperca were studied based on 480 breeding samples collected from Hu lan aquaculture experimental station of Heilongjiang Fisheries Research Institute.The results showed that the relationship between body weight and body length was described by the equation:W=5×10-5L2.74(n=480,R2=0.95).The exponent b was different in different growth stage.It was below 3 before 390 days,which showed that the growth of body length was faster than that of body weight.While it was above 3 after 390 days,which showed that the growth of body weight was faster than that of body length.The S.lucioperca,s gonad somatic index(GSI)of(17.77±1.46)%absolute fecundity of(118794.85±25616.27)eggs,relative fecundity(F1)of(273.45±25.11)eggs/g,relative fecundity in length(FL)of(334.05±59.14)eggs/mm,and relative fecundity(FW)in body weight of(215.39±19.21)eggs/g.The relationship between individual absolute fecundity(F)and body length(L)was expressed as F=0.0034L2.94,the relationship between F and body weight(W)as F=238.12W-0.029W2-5311.4。Fin samples were collected from 160 adult pikeperch individuals and stored in 99%ethanol.The samples were collected from 5 populations(Fuyuan River Section in Heilongjiang,Wulungu Lake,Tengkeli Lake,Tashkent,Uzbekistan,Jaisan Lake,Kazakhstan).Thirty polymorphic microsatellite markers were selected for the 5 populations genetic analysis.A total of 314 alleles were detected and the length of fragments ranged from 82-292 bp,The number of alleles per locus was from 2 to 5,with an average of 10.467,The PIC of polymorphic loci varies was 0.505-0.889,with an average of 0.741.Jaisan Lake,Wulungu Lake,Tengkeli Lake,Tashkent populations were at a high polymorphic level,the highest polymorphism was found in the Jaisan Lake population,the Fu yuan population was moderately polymorphic level,the genetic distance of these populations was 0.0393-0.7628.
