The safety of raw grain and finished grain reserves is the foundation of the grain security system.As the country with the largest raw grain storage,the longest storage time and the largest single storage capacity in the world,China’s annual losses due to stored-grain insects account for a large proportion of grain losses.In the actual management of the grain depot,the monitoring and evaluation of the occurrence of insects within the grain heap mainly rely on manual sampling,data acquisition is lagging,and the evaluation error of the occurrence of insects is relatively large,which brings risks to the effective prevention and control of insects.At present,China is vigorously promoting the construction of smart grain depots,in which intelligent monitoring of stored-grain insects is an important component.To achieve intelligent monitoring,on the one hand,it needs terminals of information collection to obtain sufficient insect data;on the other hand,it is necessary to provide a user-oriented stored-grain insect monitoring information system to realize the storage management and analysis of insect data.This paper is based on the promotion and application of two new types of information collection terminals in grain depots,a customized intelligent monitoring and information management platform for stored-grain insects has been developed.The platform is dedicated to the realization of remote access to cross-region collection terminals and unified management of insect data,supports the use of Web and mobile terminals,and provides real-time monitoring of insect conditions,visual analysis,and graded early warning services for grain depots.The core work results of this article are:1.Design and implement cross-regional management of collection terminal and insect data.Design the network access scheme of the terminal equipment,build the platform software architecture based on layered modularity;build MySQL database on cloud server,design data collection process and storage scheme for stored-grain insects,and develop data collection interface.2.Design and implement a web-based stored-grain insects information management system.Based on Django,designed a server-side RESTful data interface,developed a front-end web interface,implemented functional modules such as stored-grain insects data management,equipment online upgrade,data upload and download,and insect status visualization3.Design and implement a stored-grain insect monitoring app.Based on the Android development technology,complete modules such as insect data watching,warning push,insect illustrated book,and data upload modules,realized real-time monitoring of insect data on mobile devices.4.Design and implement an early warning model of stored-grain insect.Draw three-dimensional distribution maps of the collection terminal,three-dimensional histograms of the number of insects,and a heat map of insects,and generate visual analysis reports.Design an insect early warning model,calculate the insect level,relized insect condition of graded warning.The platform helps grain depots to improve the intelligent monitoring level of stored-grain insects.At present,it has successfully accessed and managed the collection terminals and insect data of Beijing Shunyi Depot,The access scheme for grain depots in Shandong,Guangdong and other places has been completed. |
