As an effective means and method to popularize green agricultural technology,pesticide training plays an important role in improving farmers’ income and protecting ecological environment.It is the only way to achieve zero growth of pesticide use and realize safe,efficient and green development of agriculture.But training farmers to accept new technologies is a slow process,pesticide use habits are difficult to change,and overuse of pesticides remains serious.And pertinence and effectiveness of the training is not enough,difficult to consider the training demands of all kinds of farmers,cause the farmers’ training effect affected,in this context,in all aspects of the analysis of technical training for farmers,to explore the factors affecting the effects of technical training,in order to better safeguard farmers’ benefits,protect the ecological environment,in order to further improve shandong pesticide reduction efficiency technical training to provide the reference.Taking the sample farmers in Yantai and Linyi of Shandong province as the research object,this paper uses the field survey data to explore and analyze the training effect of the technology of reducing application and increasing efficiency in Shandong Province.Combined with pesticide reduction efficiency technical training background,this paper pesticide shi reduction efficiency,the implementation of technical training,analysis the basic condition of the farmers to participate in training,to explore the effect and difference of farmers to participate in the technical training,using multiple regression analysis method,analysis the main factors that influence the effect of shi synergistic technology training,puts forward propulsion reduction efficiency countermeasures and Suggestions on the implementation of technical training.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the training of pesticide reduction and efficiency enhancement technology has achieved initial results,which are mainly reflected in the application amount of pesticide,the decrease of agricultural production cost year by year,the increase of crop income benefit year by year,the number of technology adopted and the obvious improvement of work efficiency.However,in the process of growth,the actual situation of farmers was not fully taken into account,and there were still problems such as the instability of per mu income and the limited area of new technology promotion,which led to the difference in the effect of technology reduction and efficiency enhancement among farmers.Second,farmers to participate in different pesticide reduction of synergistic technical training effect,through the establishment of multiple linear regression model to empirical analysis on the influence factors of training effect,the degree of culture,gender,cultivation,agricultural income proportion,farmers,on the degree of cognitive training and training propaganda and training time and place on the influence of the training effect is remarkable.Third,to improve the effect of technology training,Shandong province needs to strengthen the participation of the main force of the society,considering the actual needs of farmers,focusing on the scale of operation and management training,reasonable arrangement of training methods and places,and further improve the quality of science and technology and operation income of farmers.The innovation point of this paper is:based on the objective index analysis,the training effect of pesticide application reduction and efficiency enhancement technology is taken as the training effect by calculating the comprehensive benefit of pesticide application reduction,crop yield benefit and new technology adoption.Logistic model was used to conduct a quantitative analysis of the factors influencing the effect of farmers’ participation in training,and it was concluded that the deep-rooted factors were the farmers’ initiative to participate in the training,their degree of knowledge of information and their training needs,thus providing a reference for the implementation of technology training of reducing application and increasing efficiency in Shandong Province. |
