| Today,with the continuous development of science and technology,people’s living standards are steadily improving,and the public’s consumption structure has been adjusted.On the whole,people’s demand for meat,egg and milk foods isincreasing,and this demand is driving the national animal husbandry industry.Flourish.This article takes three beef cattle farms located in Fengxin County,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and collects,processes,and analyzes the energy flow and value flow,that is,economic benefits,of the grass-fed cattle model.the result shows:In terms of energy flow analysis,the core of the grass-feeding and cattle-raising agricultural circular breeding model is the production of beef cattle for production,and the output of the planting link is supplemented by the secondary system.The forage produced in the planting process flows into the farming process,and the waste(cow dung and urine)produced in the farming process is put into the planting process to realize the secondary circulation of the material in the system,improve the material conversion rate and reduce the generation of waste and Environmental pollution.The energy input in the breeding process of the grass-raising cattle model is composed of more than 90% of organic energy and less than 10% of inorganic energy.The energy input of fine feed in organic energy input is about 30%.The proportion is about 50%.The energy input in the planting process is composed of more than 60% of inorganic energy,more than 90% of organic energy input from cow manure and urine produced in the breeding process,and the external energy input in the planting process accounts for more than 95% of the total material input.The grass-fed cattle model reduces the energy input,reduces the output of waste,increases the material conversion rate,and improves the energy output through multiple recycling of the materials in the model.According to the analysis of the emergy index,the self-sufficiency rate of the grass growing cattle model is more than 0.24 higher than the breeding link;the net emergy output rate is more than 0.63 higher than the breeding link;the environmental load rate is relative to the breeding The link has increased by more than 1,but compared with the planting link,the environmental load rate of the grass planting cattle model has been significantly reduced;the breeding link and the planting link have no emergy feedback rate;the above data shows that the grass farming model for the agricultural production ecological environment It has a certain degree of friendliness and lower damage to the ecological environment in the production area.The ecological benefits of the model are higher than the planting link.To put it simply,under the premise of controlling the amount of fertilizer application in the planting link in the system,the grass-feeding and cattle-raising agricultural circular farming mode is less polluting to the agricultural ecological environment in the production area,and belongs to an ecological and environmentally friendly agriculture.The production model,as an agricultural production model,is more suitable for promotion and application in the research area.Analyzed in terms of economic benefits,the overall output value of the grass-fed cattle model is more than 8% higher than the breeding link;the net output value is more than 2.6% higher than the sum of the breeding link and the cultivation link;the total cost is lower than the breeding link 8% or more.Compared with the breeding process,the grass-raising and cattle-raising model has a cost output value rate of about 20% higher,a physicochemical cost rate of more than 3.5% lower,and a net yield double that,which is positively related to the planting area in the model.The investment output rate is higher than 20%.The problems in the grass farming and cattle circulating agricultural farming model involved in this study are mainly as follows: First,the investment in the construction of the real estate and other real estate infrastructure in the grass farming and cattle farming circular agricultural breeding model is relatively high,and the total production in the model The labor input in the process is also high,which is about twice that of the breeding and planting links.As a new agricultural production model with the advantages of system internal logistics,energy flow and many links,and model wastes can self-circulate,the grass breeding model has a strong self-sustainability,agro-ecological and environmental friendliness,and The advantages of continuous development are good,and the investment in modern technology and machinery of the model can be increased to improve the advantages of the model,improve the deficiencies of the model,and maximize the resource utilization capacity and agricultural production efficiency of the model.It is worth promoting and continuing research and development in Jiangxi Province. |
