| Foxtail millet is called millet,and it is commonly called millet after peeling.It has the advantages of drought resistance,barren resistance,and rich nutrition.It is one of the main grain crops planted in northern China.status.North China is the main cultivated region of millet in China.This region is dominated by summer cereal and its varieties have a short growth period.Analysis of trait differences in summer cereal varieties in North China and comprehensive evaluation of main agronomic traits can understand the genetic performance of agronomic traits of various varieties.The relationship between the relationship between the main shapes and yield formation can also provide production guidance for the field cultivation management of summer cereal in North China,and provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of new varieties.In this study,new varieties(lines)of North China summer cereal in 2019 were used as materials to compare the differences in agronomic traits among different cultivars,to understand the genetic performance of agronomic traits in each cultivar,and to analyze the correlation between main traits and yield formation.At the same time,the agronomic traits and yield traits of newly developed millet resistant herbicide near isogenic lines of the millet institute of the Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences were analyzed,and the resistant and herbicide resistant near isogenic lines with the same agronomic traits and equivalent yield levels were screened.The light-weight and simplified cultivating herbicides supporting the cultivating herbicide lines provide production guidance for field cultivation management in summer cereal,North China,and provide scientific basis for the cultivation of new varieties.The research progress is as follows:1.The coefficient of variation of the 11 traits of 16 tested varieties ranged from1.54% to 9.66%,and the coefficient of variation was relatively small,indicating that it is difficult to improve these traits by breeding methods to obtain ideal traits.At the same time,the correlation analysis of the main traits of the 16 tested varieties showed that: Ear thickness,single ear weight,ear grain weight,and 1000-grain weight are positively correlated with yield,and the milling rate is significantly positively correlated with yield,indicating that millet yield is affected by the characteristics of ear thickness,single ear weight,ear grain weight,thousand-grain weight,and grain-out rate Impact,of which the greatest impact is the trough rate.The plant height and yield were extremely significantly negatively correlated,indicating that planttraits should be emphasized in variety selection.2.Synthesize agronomic traits,yield,and disease resistance of the 16 tested varieties,and select 5 new varieties with excellent comprehensive traits and meet production needs: Jigu 23,Zhongza Valley 5,Zhongza Valley 16,18K3307,17K4148.3.Based on the analysis of 12 near-isogenic lines of the same combination,we screened out the non-herbicide resistant line 18H886 and 18H903,which were basically resistant to herbicides and yield.4.The results of the five different resistant and susceptible herbicide near isogenic lines 18H903 and 18H886 which were resistant to the herbicide near isogenic line 18H886 showed that when the total planting amount per mu was 350 g,The optimal ratio of herbicide-resistant near-isogenic line 18H903 and non-herbicide-resistant near-isogenic line 18H886 is 1: 1.5-2.0,and the optimal seedling density is 35,000-45,000 plants. |
