In order to comply with the national policy of vigorously developing intelligent breeding industry and promote the development policy of intelligent breeding industry in China,China has increased the efforts in the development of intelligent breeding industry.Intelligent technology will be the current backward disinfection way to a more scientific and efficient direction.Combined with the development status of modern livestock breeding industry and the rational use of breeding resources,the efficiency of epidemic prevention and disinfection of livestock breeding can be improved,the human and material resources can be greatly reduced,the breeding and production of livestock breeding can be realized,and the income of small and medium-sized livestock breeding users can be increased.In order to promote the intelligent development of epidemic disinfection equipment,based on the current situation of epidemic disinfection in livestock breeding in China,this paper designs a epidemic disinfection control system for livestock breeding,which mainly includes epidemic disinfection monitoring APP and related hardware controller.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,System hardware actuator design.The robot controller for epidemic prevention and disinfection mainly includes data acquisition module,current and voltage conversion module,epidemic prevention and disinfection machine controller and integrated intelligent car controller.The anti-epidemic disinfection control system was started,and the corresponding actions were carried out by controlling the driving hardware facilities through the control instructions,so as to realize the remote monitoring of anti-epidemic disinfection in livestock breeding.Second,System software design.Corral epidemic prevention disinfection APP in Visual Studio platform development,mainly to complete the video monitoring,camera control,holder control,mobile platform information monitoring,breeding environment monitoring,variable spray setting and job control,and other functions of monitoring,communication,using WIFI network to transmit data to the server for processing,and,according to the user interface for each parameter value to realize the data real-time interaction and situation ofreal-time display equipment and facilities.Finally,System performance verification test.First,automatic disinfection mode of the integrated intelligent car and the user remote disinfection mode are accurately verified.Secondly,the liquid flow and atomizing distance were tested.Finally,combined with the small and medium-sized livestock breeding epidemic prevention disinfection site environment,optimize the liquid flow and atomizing distance dynamic adjustment range,to achieve the best effect of epidemic prevention disinfection.The livestock breeding anti-epidemic disinfection control system is applied to PC,with the help of remote monitoring technology,realize the livestock breeding anti-epidemic disinfection unmanned operation.The test results show that the control range of the liquid flow is from 0to 1.5 litres per minute,and the atomization distance is from 0 to 6.3 meters.The results meet the needs of small and medium-sized livestock breeding and can basically complete the disinfection of livestock breeding.
