Investigation On Medicinal Plant Resources In Qintang District

Medicinal plant resources are the material basis for the development of Chinese medicine.How to effectively protect and use medicinal plant resources is of great significance to the development of Chinese medicine.China is rich in medicinal plant resources and has a long history of investigation and use of medicinal plants.More than 30 years have passed since the last national survey of Chinese herbal medicine resources,and the environment and reserves of medicinal plants have undergone great changes.Unclear resource background makes humans lack effective scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal plant resources,which seriously hinders the sustainable and healthy development of medicinal plant resources.With the support of the 4th National Chinese Medicine Resources Census Project,this study carried out investigation and research on the medicinal plant resources in Qintang District,Guigang City,which provided a basis for the development and protection of local medicinal plants and the development of the Chinese medicinal materials industry,and made decisions for government for reference.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Field investigations have recorded 215 species of wild medicinal plants in Qintang District,belonging to 76 families and 168 genera.A statistical analysis was made on the diversity,life forms,medicinal parts,medicinal properties,etc.of the above medicinal plants,and a list of wild medicinal plants in Qintang District was compiled.A sample survey was conducted on key medicinal plants,a total of 36 plots were set up,and 180 sets of sample plots were produced.The results showed that plants such as Smilax sibiricum,Qianliguang,Pueraria lobata,and Banbangui appeared more frequently in the sample,indicating that the above species had large local storage and wide distribution area.(2)Local medicinal plants have a dominant family phenomenon.The dominant families are Compositae,Fabaceae,and Labiatae.There are a large number of individual families,a total of 37 families.(2)The planting area of Chinese medicinal materials in Qintang District has expanded year by year,and the varieties are gradually diversified.There are mainly six kinds of Chinese medicinal materials such as Baibu,Baiji,Huang Jing,Andrographis paniculata,Asparagus and Chonglou.However,the entire Chinese medicinal materials planting industry is relatively backward,and there is no standardized production base for Chinese medicinal materials.The basic work in the selection and breeding of excellent varieties and the domestication of wild medicinal plants is also at a relatively backward level,and the development and utilization of the medicinal value of the characteristic medicinal plant lotus is also at the initial stage.There is a lack of a professional medicinal material trading market in the local area.The medicinal material trading is mainly scattered in farmers’ markets and street markets,and lacks standardized management and supervision.(3)On the whole,Qintang District has good location and transportation conditions and abundant natural resources,but it is relatively weak in the protection,development and utilization of medicinal plant resources,and the development level of the Chinese herbal medicine industry is low.In the future development,we can use the Qintang District Chinese Medicine Tourism Demonstration Base and rich selenium-enriched soil resources,combined with precise policy support,to effectively develop and protect local medicinal plant resources,promote the development of Chinese medicinal materials industry,and help local farmers Get rid of poverty and increase income.
