Study On The Development Strategy Of Suihua Beilin District Animal Husbandry

The animal husbandry in the Beilin District of Suihua City has always played an important role in Heilongjiang’s agricultural economy.Milk and high-quality fine-wool wool in the Northeast have considerable influence in the country.Animal husbandry is the basic industry and advantageous industry in Beilin District,which affects the economic development of Suihua City.For a long time,the animal husbandry in the Beilin District has been focused on the livestock husbandry in the grasslands.With the deterioration of the grassland ecological environment and relying on nature in the past,the “extensive” livestock husbandry has been unable to continue.The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly put forward the implementation of the strategy for rejuvenating villages and brought about tremendous development opportunities for the development of animal husbandry in Beilin District of Suihua City.Therefore,the current situation of animal husbandry in the Beilin District of Suihua City was studied,the problems in the development of animal husbandry were analyzed,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the internal and external environments of Beilin District in Suihua City were studied.The formulation of the strategy for the future development of animal husbandry in the Beilin District of Suihua City will have long-term implications for the animal husbandry in Beilin District and the economic development in Suihua City.This thesis uses the theory of strategic management theory and sustainable development theory as a guide,combines domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the research results of animal husbandry development strategy,taking the current situation of animal husbandry development in northern forest as a starting point,adopting literature research method and secondary exponential smoothing method.And research on strategic formulation analysis.Firstly,the current status,existing problems and causes of the livestock husbandry in the Beilin District of Suihua City were analyzed by searching relevant literature and statistical data;secondly,the external environment in the Beilin District was analyzed,and the SWOT analysis method was applied to the livestock husbandry in the Northern Forest Region.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the development of the industry are analyzed.Third,the secondary index smoothing method is used to make mid-to long-term predictions of the output value of livestock husbandry and the output of major livestock products in Beilin District of Suihua City,and the livestock husbandry development in Beilin District is proposed based on the prediction results.The overall strategic objectives,sub-items,and key development objectives;Finally,put forward suggestions for the implementation of the development strategy of animal husbandry in Beilin District,hoping to provide certain references for the development of animal husbandry in the Beilin District of Suihua City.
