Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve straw utilization and transformation technology and to solve the difficultproblemsoil-collecting ofraising seedlingsin China,First,through the research on the solidification and forming of straw seedling tray,the optimum forming process was found to lay the theoretical foundation for the mold designthe.Second,In practical application,the potential problems in each link were found and the defects in the use of biomass seedling board were overcome.Through this two aspects of research to achieve technical integration,the formation of circular agriculture effect,to achieve agricultural machinery and agricultural integrationBiomass seedling tray was prepared with mushroom residue,wheat straw and other materials.In the process of seedling plate pressing and actual seedling cultivation,four independent tests were carried out from the following aspects:forming process,seedling plate composition analysis and seeding quantity test,exogenous leaf surface fertilizer test,exogenous plant growth regulator test,etc.1.Molding process test.The cold pressing experiment was carried out with mushroom residue,wheat straw and cardboard.The optimum molding process was as follows:the molding pressure was controlled at 800N,the holding time was 3 s,and the ratio of raw material mass was 65%of mushroom slag+20%of wheat straw+15%of paperboard.2.Component analysis and sowing quantity test of seedling plate.By check and analyze the nutritional components of seedling tray,the four sowing quantity levels of 60g,70g,80g and 90g were set with "huiliangyou 982" as the experimental material.Results:The effects of different sowing amount on rice seedling growth were studied by measuring rice seedling height,stem base width and dry fresh weight.The results showed that:(1)the rice seedling growth status was different under different sowing amount,and the overall quality of rice seedlings showed a trend of gradual decline with the increase of sowing amount.(2)the effect of sowing amount on seedling quality and transplanting density was comprehensively analyzed.The sowing amount of 60g and 70g per dish was appropriate,of which 70g was the optimal sowing amount.3.Application of plant foliar fertilizer test.Methods:six foliar fertilizers and clear water(CK1)were used to spray rice seedlings with a certain concentration of Yilong tian,Huangfusuanyan,Niucui,Weifuduo,Meizhouxing and Heshengyuan.the effects of different foliar fertilizer spraying on the growth,development and photosynthetic characteristics of rice seedlings were studied by measuring plant height,stem base width,dry and fresh mass,chlorophyll in leaves,root activity and MDA content.Results:The effects of different foliar fertilizer spraying on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of rice seedlings were studied by measuring the plant height,stem base width,dry and fresh mass,chlorophyll content,root activity and MDA content of rice seedlings.The results showed that all the other five foliar fertilizers could improve the dry matter accumulation of rice seedlings and the quality of rice seedlings.At the same time,the photosynthetic characteristics of rice seedlings could be improved,the content of chlorophyll could be increased,and the content of MDA in leaves could be reduced.Foliar fertilizer can effectively promote the growth and development of rice seedlings,and there is a certain difference in the treatment effect of different foliar fertilizer,among which the treatment effect ofHuangfusuanyan,and Weifuduowere the best,followed by Meizhouxing,Yilongtian and Heshengyuan.4.Spray plant growth regulator test.Methods:rice seedlings were sprayed with six plant growth regulators of certain concentration,such as Bihu,Put,TA,Miaobeihao,CSN,Tianfengshu,and clear water(CK2).The effects of different exogenous plant growth regulators on the growth,development and photosynthetic characteristics of rice seedlings were studied by measuring plant height,stem base width,dry and fresh mass,chlorophyll in leaves,root activity and MDA content.Results:six plant growth regulators could improve the dry matter accumulation and quality of rice seedlings.The photosynthetic characteristics of rice seedlings were improved,the content of chlorophyll was increased,and the content of MDA in leaves was decreased.The application of exogenous plant growth regulators can effectively promote the growth and development of rice seedlings,and there is a certain gap in the treatment effect of different plant growth regulators,among which Bihu treatment was best,followed by CSN.To sum up,the straw seedling tray was successfully manufactured in this study,and the optimal molding process was determined,that is,the molding pressure was controlled at 800N,the pressure holding time was 3 s,the raw material mass ratio was edible fungus residue/wheat straw/cardboard(65/20/15),and the molding mold design was completed.Through the practical application of the biological material seedling tray,the method to overcome its defects was found,that is,the leaf fertilizer and plant growth regulator could effectively improve the quality of seedlings and alleviate the harm caused by the lack of nutrients in the seedling tray.This research finally reached the situation of agricultural machinery serving agronomy,realized the combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy,and laid the theoretical foundation for the scientific utilization of the material seedling tray.
