The production and consumption of pork in China ranks first in the world. The scale of pork industry is large and the number of breeding enterprises is increasing. Therefore, the safety of pork and pork products is closely related to national health. However,in recent years, diseases caused by foodborne pathogens have occurred frequently at home and abroad, seriously endangering people’s health.Foodborne pathogen is one of the main causes of foodborne diseases. It is the core issue of food safety all over the world, and has become an important public health problem that threatens people’s health. Therefore,China should strengthen the research on foodborne diseases and do a good job in prevention and control. This paper will briefly introduce the prevalence of foodborne pathogenic bacteria in live pigs to be slaughtered in farms and slaughterhouses, investigate the factors causing live pig infection, and analyze the drug resistance of the isolated pathogenic bacteria. If we do a good job in the analysis of the epidemic situation and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,we can do an effective prevention and control to reduce the pollution of pathogenic bacteria to live pigs and their pork products, and can also carry out effective treatment when the disease occurs. The main foodborne pathogens causing bacterial food poisoning include Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes,Yersinia enterocolitica,Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli O157:H7.A total of 1001 samples were obtained from 6 pig farms in four cities of Henan Province, including nasal swab samples, anal swab samples, water samples, air samples and feed samples.897 anal swabs,320 nasal swabs,275 body surface swabs,15 scalding water samples and 15 air samples were collected from 9 slaughterhouses in three cities. The collected samples were isolated and identified according to the detection methods of(GB)and molecular biology methods. The results showed that 137 positive strains of Salmonella were screened from 556 anal swabs collected from aquaculture. The positive rate was 24.6%.The positive rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 30.25%.No positive strains were isolated from Listeria monocytogenes,Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Yersinia enterocolitica.221 strains of Salmonella were isolated from 897 samples collected from slaughterhouses, the positive rate was 24.64%,and 18 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 100 nose swabs, the positive rate was 18%.The results showed that Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were seriously infected,Escherichia coli O157:H7,Listeria monocytogenes and Yersinia enterocolitica were not isolated. It may be related to the breeding environment or to the antibodies of pigs themselves. The drug sensitivity test of Salmonella strains isolated from aquaculture and slaughterhouse was carried out.The results showed that Salmonella was highly resistant to ampicillin, fosfomycin, kanamycin and colistin. Some strains showed multiple drug resistance and drug sensitivity results to provide data support for scientific drug use in aquaculture farms.
