Effects Of Monascus Synbiotics,Yeast-Selenium-Germanium Culture And Their Compound Preparation Instead Of Antibiotics On Growth Performance,Immunity And Intestinal Flora Of Weaned Piglets

This test was aimed to study the effects of Monascus symbiotic,Yeast-selenium-germanium culture and their compound preparation instead of antibiotics on growth performance,immunity and intestinal flora of weaned piglets.Eighty healthy piglets((7.57±0.49)kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicate each group and 4 piglets each replicate.The control group fed basal diet with 25.00 mg/kg colistin sulfate and 45.00 mg/kg chlortetracycline and groups Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ fed basic diet with 0.50%Monascus synbiotics,0.50%Monascus synbiotics-Yeast-selenium-germanium culture,0.50%Yeast-selenium-germanium culture,respectively.The test period was 42 d with 3 stages.The result showed that:GROWTH:(1)Compared with the control group,in all stages of the test,the ADG of the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅱ were significant or extremely significant increased(P<0.05;P<0.01).The third stage of the test,the F/G of all the experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)During the 1st to 7th day of the test,compared with the control group and the group Ⅲ,the DR and DI of the group Ⅰ were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)During the first phases and the second phases of the test,compared with the control group,the digestibility of DM,CP and EE of the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅱ were significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05;P<0.01).During the third phase of the test,compared with the control group,the digestibility of DM,CP and EE of all the experimental groups were significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05;P<0.01).(4)Compared with the control group,the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅲ,the serum IGF-1 level of the group ㈡ were extremely significantly or significantly increased(P<0.01;P<0.05).(5)Compared with the control group,the serum COR levels of the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).IMMUNITY:(6)Compared with the control group,the percentage of lymphocytes and hemoglobin in the group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).(7)Compared with the control group,the serum ALB levels in the group Ⅰ and the groupⅡ were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum HDL-C content in the group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05).(8)Compared with the control group,the serum T-AOC index and serum GSH-Px index of the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum MDA content was significantly or extremely significantly decreased(P<0.05;P<0.01).(9)Compared with the control group,the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅲ,the serum C3 content in the group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05).(10)Compared with the control group,the spleen index of the group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the MDA content in the liver tissue of the group Ⅱwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the SOD activity and GSH-Px activity in the kidney tissue were significantly increased(P<0.05).INTESTINAL FLORA:(11)Compared with the control group,the SOD activity,T-AOC and GSH-Px activity of the small intestine mucosa of the experimental groups showed significant or extremely significant increase(P<0.01;P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group Ⅲ,the SOD and T-AOC of the small intestinal mucosa of the group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05).(12)Compared with the control group,the ratio of pile length to crypt depth of jejunum in group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05).(13)During the first phases of the test,compared with the control group,the number of Salmonella and E.coli in the group Ⅰ and the groupⅡ were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The number of Bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria showed a significant or extremely significant increase(P<0.05;P<0.01).During the second phases of the test,compared with the control group,the number of lactic acid bacteria in the group Ⅰ,the group Ⅱ and the groupⅢ were extremely significant or significantly increased(P<0.01;P<0.05).(14)At the same level of analysis,the proportion of Bacteroides in the group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅲ,the proportion of Clostridium in the group Ⅱ decreased(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the group Ⅱ and the group Ⅲ,the proportion of the group Ⅰ was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).Regarding the number of OUT,ACE index and Shannon index,the group Ⅱ was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Shannon index of the experimental groups showed a significant increase(P<0.05).ENVIRONMENT AND BENEFITS:(15)During the first phases and the second phases of the test,compared with the control group,the total nitrogen in the feces of the test groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly or extremely significantly reduced(P<0.05;P<0.01).During the second phases and the third phases of the test compared with the control group,the total phosphorus in the feces of the test group Ⅱ decreased significantly(P<0.05).(16)After 42 days of the test,compared with the control group,the average profit of per piglet in the group Ⅰ increased by 22.90 CNY,and the test group Ⅱ increased by 25.12 CNY,and the group Ⅲ increased by 19.39 CNY.In summary,compared with antibiotics(25.00 mg/kg colistin sulfate and 45.00 mg/kg chlortetracycline),0.50%Monascus synbiotic had the best anti-diarrhea effect,and 0.5%Yeast-selenium-germanium culture had no anti-diarrhea effect,which could improve the growth performance in the middle and late stages of the test.The preparation of 0.50%Monascus synbiotics-Yeast-selenium-germanium culture can effectively prevent diarrhea and promote the growth performance of weaned piglets;and it can improve intestinal structure,rectal flora structure,species diversity and evenness of the cecum flora.It can be concluded that,on the basis of controlling diarrhea of weaned piglets,Yeast-selenium-germanium culture has better growth promoting effect.Based on the comprehensive test results and economic benefits,it is suggested that 0.50%Monascus synbiotics-Yeast-selenium-germanium should be used to instead of the 25.00 mg/kg colistin sulfate and 45.00 mg/kg chlortetracycline in the diet of weaned piglets.
