At present,coniferous pure forests such as Pinus tabulaeformis and Platycladus platycladus are still the main types of artificial forests in northern China,including Shanxi,which have low biodiversity,low ecological function,and are prone to cause diseases,insect pests and fire.Cultivating broad-leaved trees,creating mixed forests of broadleaf and broadleaf,and inducing conversion of pure coniferous mixed forests are the key to improving afforestation quality and forest ecosystem quality efficiency.Selection in this study by comparing method,in view of the main planting deciduous tree species in shanxi,Fraxinus chinensis,Juglans mandshurica Maxim,Robinia pseudoacacia L,Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and Quercus liaotungensis seedling process in quantitative research,the paper mainly discusses the deciduous tree seedling raising and afforestation seeds sprouting and lateral root to promote education that exist in the two big difficult problem,through the different sowing method,accelerating seed germination process and lateral root and promote education experiment,improve seed germination rate,shorten the seedling stage,make seedling unearthed and tidy,improve the quality of the seedling and qualified seedling number,provide reliable technical support for the broad leaved tree species of afforestation in Shanxi Province.The research results show that:1.Robinia pseudoacacia seeds and seedlings in Shanxi are not affected by the region,spring sowing,sowing depth of 2cm;Gleditsia sinensis Lam.is suitable for sowing seedlings in the stony mountain area of Taihang Mountain and the loess hilly area of Luliang Mountain with the sowing depth of 2cm.Quercus liaotungensis is suitable for sowing and seedling cultivation in the stony mountainous area of Taihang Mountain.The sowing depth is 5cm.The planting depth of ash in Shanxi was 5cm,which was not affected by the region and the planting season.The emergence rate of direct seeding of juglans juglans without accelerating germination is very low and the requirement of water and fertilizer is high.2.Quercus liaotungensis seeds are the most sensitive to changes in soil moisture.When the soil moisture content of matrix is controlled at 20%,germination rate and emergence rate of seeds can be effectively improved.Germination time is generally around 20 d,germination rate is 94% and emergence rate can reach 92%.The germination rate of robinia pseudoacacia and ash seeds was 91% and 87% by mechanically breaking seed coat,and the mechanical breaking time was 10 min.The seed germination rate of acacia chinensis was up to 82% for 30 days of acacia chinensis deposition.At this time,the emergence rate was not high.After 90 days of acacia chinensis deposition,the emergence rate was up to 74%,and the seed deposition time was at least 60 d.3.Cutting off the stem can promote the development of the lateral roots of robinia pseudoacacia and saponified locust.After the seedling grows 1A,the total biomass of robinia pseudoacacia is increased by nearly 3 times and the proportion of lateral roots is increased by 11%.The total biomass and the proportion of lateral roots increased by 1.6 times and 4% respectively. |
