Electronic agriculture is a cross-century project of new agricultural technology revolution,which has received widespread international attention.Potato is an important agricultural product in our country,but due to the influence of planting climate,processing technology,storage environment and other aspects,it often leads to defects such as growth deformity,deterioration and corrosion.These defects have severely restricted the healthy development of potato industry.But,there are several problems for the existed detection methods,including labor-consuming,time-consuming,expensive instruments,intense radiation,et al.Due to low-cost and rapidly non-destructive detection,tomography technology is helpful to agricultural production.It can be important research value to improve the development of potato industry and economic benefits.In this paper,the electrical resistance tomography method is proposed to study the potato defect electrical resistance imaging object field.Based on the principle of potato defect electrical resistance tomography,the conductivity characteristics of different potato defects are analyzed and the relationship model of conductivity and moisture content of different defective potatoes is established,these results provide the research basis for solving the positive problem.COMSOL software is used to establish a multi-phase dielectric model of resistance imaging sensitive field for potato defect detection,and the data acquisition method and electrical characteristics of sensitive field of resistance imaging are studied.It takes the uniformity of the sensitive field as optimization objective,and researches the electrical characteristics influence of electrode number,shape,electrode coverage rate and excitation mode about potential distribution 、 potential and isoline Compared this electrical distribution results of different two-dimensional and three-dimensional,the electrode structure and the data acquisition mode of potato defect are optimized and determined.Above all,this paper has collected the researched results of conductivity characteristics of potato defects and data acquisition method.For this research purposes,multiple linear regression method is utilized to structure the mathematical relationship models of electric field distribution based on moisture content,conductivity,relative conductivity,average value,standard deviation and coefficient of variation.Based on above experimental and simulation results,the paper mainly realizes that the relationship model of conductivity and moisture of defective potatoes and the mathematical model of electrical distribution,they will supply theoretical basis for the in-depth study of defective potato measurement system.
