| Apple replant problem(ARP)caused by apple replacement has become the bottleneck which restricting the healthy and sustainable development of the fruit industry. The improvement of soil treatment and cultivation measures is the main way to solve ARP.The soil was taken from the 40-100 cm and the depth was 20-40 cm around the apple tree.Fumigated the old apple orchard with dazomet which was 0.02% of the soil weight in autumn and winter, applied organic fertilizer, transplanted ’Jin Fu 18’ apple trees in March of the next year, applied biological fertilizer and grew grass. To study the effect of soil treatment and growing grass of ARP under pot condition through measuring the growth and development indicators of young trees, the number of soil microbial and enzyme activities. The main findings are as follows:1.By measuring the number of soil microbial. The results showed that the quantity of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was reduced by dazomet fumigation.Applied with organic fertilizer and biological fertilizer, the quantity of bacteria in the soil was significantly higher than that in the soil without dazomet fumigation. There was no significant difference in the quantity of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes between growing with chickweed or rape and without grass, the number of soil fungi and actinomycetes was significantly increased by the treatment of rape grass in October.2.By measuring the soil enzyme activity. The results showed that the activity of alkaline phosphatase and catalase in soil after dazomet fumigation was significantly lower than that in soil without dazomet fumigation. The urease activity in the soil from October to December was significantly lower than that in the soil without dazomet fumigation after applied with organic fertilizer and biological fertilizer.Compared with clear tillage, the soil sucrase activity of growing with rape was significantly increased in August, soil catalase activity increased significantly in October.3.By measuring the growth and development indicators of young trees, the results showed that the sapling length and leaf area of growing with rape were significantly lower than that of clear tillage. |
