| Air assisted spray can improve the penetration of droplets and improve the utilization rate of pesticides.Numerous scholars have focused on the droplet carrying capacity of leaf and the distribution characteristics of the droplets in the canopy.Most of the researches mainly explore the flow of droplets on the surface of static targets leaf and the distribution of droplets on the canopy under various operating parameters of air assisted.The lack of interaction between dynamic target leaf surface and droplets under air spray and the distribution of droplets in different density fruit trees under air spray were studied.In this paper,the characteristics of droplet deposition and the effect of canopy porosity on droplet deposition were studied under air-assisted spray.The characteristics of droplet deposition on the surface of dynamic target leaf and the change of canopy porosity under air-assisted spraying were investigated.1)Set up an axial flow air assisted spray test platform,and debug the air supply control,spray atomization effect and spray flow control of the test platform;and measure airflow distribution of the axial flow fan;determination of axial spray effect and distribution of droplet deposition.2)Combined with the flow around the two-dimensional flat plate,the mechanical characteristics of the blade under airflow and the vibration characteristics under the wind speed excitation are analyzed.The high-speed camera and MATLAB image processing are used to deal with the aerodynamic response speed of the blade under airflow.The influence of the aerodynamic response speed of the blade is discussed.3)Spraying a single target leaf surface under different air spray applications,and measuring the aerodynamic response parameters of the target blade using a high-speed camera and MALTAB,and analyzing the effects of the aerodynamic response speed of the blade on the droplet deposition on the leaf surface,How the air delivery parameters affect the deposition of droplets on the leaf surface;the experimental data of the projected area of the blade is awakened and fitted,and the projected projection area model of the blades with different dip angles under the wind spray is obtained.4)Combined with relevant research and self-thinking,a method for calculating the canopy porosity under airflow is proposed.In the air-assisted spray test,the droplet coverage is sampled on each canopy and the back of the canopy,and a high frame rate is used.The camera photographed the canopy surface to calculate the canopy porosity,analyzed the canopy porosity changes and the permeability of the droplets at different airflow speeds,and analyzed the droplet deposition distribution in canopy with different density. |
