Cruciferae are rich in glucosinolates,and the RAA glucosinolates in glucosinolates are the most secondary plant metabolites found to date with the strongest anticancer activity.The synthesis of glucosinolates is influenced by various environmental conditions,and the content of glucosinolates varies greatly in different species or genotypes of the same species.Chinese kale is a characteristic vegetable in South China,and its beneficial RAA content of sulfur glucosinolates is very high,which can be developed as a health-care vegetable.At present,there are few studies on the determination of glucosinolate content in different Chinese kale genotypes.this experiment with 46 different genotypes and9 hybrid first-generation Chinese kale varieties as materials,use of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the material seedling and harvest time glucosinolate composition and content were determined,and the accumulation of glucosinolates was further analyzed in the Chinese kale:(1)Through the analysis of sulfur glucosinolates in different 46 inbred lines and 9 hybrid generation Chinese Kale seedling stage and harvest period,a total of 9 kinds of sulfur glucosinolates,including 5 kinds of aliphatic glucosinolates,respectively,PRO,RAA,SIN,NAP and GBN,4 kinds of indole sulfur glucosinolates,respectively,4OH,GBC,4ME and NEO glucosinolates;no aromatic sulfur glucosinolates were detected.Among them,GBN is one of the least stable sulfur glycosides in 9 kinds of sulfur glycosides.(2)By comparing and analyzing the total content of glucosinolates in different tissues at different periods,it was found that the trend of total glucosinolate content was seedling stems>young leaves in younger harvest>seedling leaves;the main glucosinolates and contents in different periods were different.and the content of indole glucosinolates is higher in seedling leaves,mainly GBC,in seedling stems,There was little difference in the content of aliphatic and Indole thiamine,the main sulfur glucosinolates were NAP and NEO glucosinolates,the fatty glucosinolates were higher in the tender leaves during the harvest period,and the main glucosinolates were NAP glucosinolate.(3)In seedling leaves,the content of total glucosinolate in leaves of different genotype inbred Chinese Kale seedlings varied in 137.58~1386.84μmg·g-1(DW),the varieties with the highest total glucosinolate content content and the lowest cultivars were No.40th Chinese Kale and No.34th Chinese Kale;The range of total glucosinolate in leaves of different hybrids is 140.14~614.86μmg·g-1(DW),the highest content of total glucosinolate content is winter green Chinese Kale,the lowest is the Jin sun Chinese Kale.In the leaves of different genotype Chinese Kale seedlings,the harmful sulfide PRO of glucosinolate inbred line was higher than that of RAA beneficial glucosinolate,among which no.15th Chinese Kale was a material with high content of beneficial sulfur glucosinolate and low content of harmful glucosinolate.In hybrid generation Chinese Kale,the content of PRO azathioprine is larger than that of RAA,Qiu Sheng,Jin Sun Chinese Kale is a kind of variety with high content of glucosinolate and low content of harmful glucosinolate.(4)In the stems of seedlings,the content of total glucosinolate in stems of different genotype inbred Chinese Kale seedlings varied in 78.19~2039.58μmg·g-1(DW),the varieties with the highest total total glucosinolate content content and the lowest cultivars were No.34th Chinese Kale and No.46th Chinese Kale;The range of total glucosinolate in leaves of different hybrids is 225.92~974.22μmg·g-1(DW),the highest content of total glucosinolate content is golden shoots Chinese Kale,the lowest is the shun Bao Chinese Kale.In the stems of different genotype Chinese Kale seedlings,the harmful sulfide PRO of glucosinolate inbred line was higher than that of RAA beneficial glucosinolate,among which no.among which glucosinolates of 10,13,21 and 36th was a inbred material with high content of beneficial glucosinolates and lower content of harmful glucosinolates.In hybrid generation Chinese Kale,the content of PRO azathioprine is larger than that of RAA,Zi Tai Chinese Kale is a kind of variety with high content of glucosinolate and low content of harmful glucosinolate.(5)In the young leaves of harvested period,the content of total glucosinolate in young leaves of different genotype inbred Chinese Kale harvested period varied in190.25~1383.55μmg·g-1(DW),the varieties with the highest total total glucosinolate content content and the lowest cultivars were No.45th Chinese Kale and No.5th Chinese Kale;The range of total glucosinolate in leaves of different hybrids is 225.92~974.22μmg·g-1(DW),the highest content of total glucosinolate content is Zi Tai Chinese Kale,the lowest is the Qiu Sheng Chinese Kale.The beneficial glucosinolate content of RAA in the young leaves of Chinese kale was higher than that of PRO.In the young leaves of different genotype Chinese Kale harvested period,The beneficial glucosinolate content of RAA in the young leaves of Chinese kale was higher than that of PRO.The RAA/PRO glucosinolate ratio of 36 was the largest,and RAA was 29 times higher than PRO,among which 14,15,21,25,30,34,36 Chinese kale is a material with high glucosamine content and low harmful glucosinolate content;in hybrid first generation mustard,PRO glucoside content is generally greater than RAA glucosinolate content,including Qiusheng and Xia The content of glucosinolates in RAA is higher than that of PRO,and the content of PRO glucosinolate is low.It is a variety of 9 kinds of hybrid kale with high glucosinolate content and low harmful glucosinolate content.(6)The effect of temperature on the accumulation of glucosinolates was studied by high temperature treatment of Brassica napus L.No.25,and the results showed that compared with the control group,the content of glucosinolates in the aboveground part of kale varieties increased after the high-temperature treatment at 40 degrees,while the content of glucosinolates in the underground part decreased.The results showed that the change of the content of glucosinolates in kale was affected by high temperature treatment,and there were differences in the content of glucosinolates in different parts of kale,and the change range increased with the increase of the time of high temperature treatment. |
