In order to understand the differences between Alnus cremastogyne Burk.in different provenances and different clones,screening excellent provenances and excellent clones,using field survey measurement and indoor test analysis,80 clones of 4 provenances were selected as test materials to determine seedling growth,biomass and resistance physiological characters.The difference of Alnus cremastogyne Burk.in different provenances and clones was analyzed.At the same time,the principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method were used to evaluate the 4 provenances and 80 clones,so as to provide some theoretical support for the construction of Alnus cremastogyne Burk.seed base.The main results are as follows:(1)The results of principal component analysis of 4 provenances showed that the Jintang Provenances had the best comprehensive performance,followed by Pingchang and Bazhong provenances,and Xuanhan provenances were the worst.(2)The results of the correlation analysis among the traits of the clones showed that:Seedling quality index(QI)was positively correlated with height,ground ground diameter and biomass,and the correlation coefficient with seedling height was relatively small,but compared with biomass character,it showed that biomass trait was closely related to seedling quality index,and seedling had negative correlation with stem root ratio.There were significant positive correlations between height,ground ground diameter and biomass traits,and the correlation coefficients were large.The stem-root-ratio was positively correlated with the ground ground diameter and negatively correlated with the root biomass.There was a significant positive correlation between soluble sugar content and superoxide dismutase activity.The correlation among physiological traits index,growth and biomass was weaker,and it did not reach significant level.(3)The first principal component’s variance contribution rate accounted for 60%cumulative contribution rate,and it mainly react growth biomass and seedling growth quality.According to the analysis,the main factors to be considered in selecting clones are growth-related indices,and quality index of seedling,while resistance physiological traits mainly play an auxiliary role.(4)Cluster analysis divides clones into 5 categories,the growth and resistance performance of 3rd category clones were best,and had highest seedling quality index.The growth and resistance performance of 4th Class were worst,and the growth and resistance performance of 1th class were better.The growth and resistance performance of the 2nd class were slightly worse,while the growth and resistance of 21 5th category were worse Combined with principal component scores,We have preliminarily screened 26 clones,PC3,PC5,PC13,PC17,PC18,PC19,PC33,PC34,PC36,PC37,PC38,PC39,PC42,PC43,PC44,PC46,PC48,XH2,XH5,XH7,XH8,BZ3,BZ9,JT1,JT2,and JT3 were include in...
