Zizania latifolia(Zizania latiolia Turce.ex Stapf)is a gramineous aquatic herb.Due to its long growth cycle,it needs to go through hot summer weather.With the continuous change of environment,high temperature and drought have become the two most serious natural disasters in agricultural production,and they often go hand in hand.In the production process of z.Latifolia,due to high temperature,drought and other problems,it often occurs delay of it or even infertility,which leads to the decline of yield and quality of z.Latifolia,which has a great impact on the production of z.Latifolia.In order to explore the effects of high temperature and drought stress on the growth and development of Zizania latifolia,to find suitable methods to improve the high temperature and drought resistance ability of Zizania latifolia.The main results of the experiment are as follows:1.Under the dual stress of high temperature and drought,the harvest initiation period of zizania latitudes is delayed,the harvest cycle is shortened,the effective tiller rate significantly decreases,the single z.Latifoliaweight decreases,and the yield decreases.Exogenous 150 mg ·L-1 6-BA,the harvest period of Zizania latifolia did not change significantly,but the overall harvest duration was significantly extended,the effective tiller rate and Weight of individual z.Latifolia reduction was significantly reduced,and the yield reduction was significantly alleviated.2.High temperature and drought stress lead to shoot shoot growth and increase plant height,and the stem size,fleshy stem volume and transverse stem,fresh weight and dry weight of the plant are significantly reduced.The increase of plant height of ht-b and the decrease of other indicators are significantly smaller than that of ht-w.These results indicated that exogenous 6-BA shoot growth and promoted morphological formation of succulent stem of Zizania latifolia.3.High temperature and drought stress reduced the contents of chlorophyll a(Chla),chlorophyll b(Chlb),and chlorophyll a+b(Chla+b)in z.Latifolia leaves.After exogenous 6-BA,the decline degree of Chla,Chlb,Chla+b was significantly reduced,exogenous 6-basolution can improve photosynthetic pigment content and alleviate chlorophyll degradation of z.Latifolia leaves caused by high temperature and drought.4.High temperature and drought stress resulted in the optical system maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)and photochemical quenching coefficient,the actual photochemical efficiency(Φ PSII)decreased,the photochemical quenching coefficient increases.With a suitable concentration of exogenous 6-BA solution for processing after the Fv/Fm,ΦPSII,qp decreased significantly reduced,that can protect PSII photosynthetic organization vigor,relieve the high temperature and drought stress on z.Latifolialeaf photosynthesis inhibition.5.The content of sucrose,fructose,glucose and starch in the fleshy stem of zhuan bai increased significantly under high temperature and drought stress,and the activity of SS,AI and amylase and the expression of sucrose transport SUT1 were significantly reduced under high temperature and drought stress.External application of 6-bacould increase the increment of soluble sugar.The decreased level of SUT1 expression in Zizania latifolia turcz was significantly increased,while the activity of HT-B SPS was significantly decreased.6.High temperature and drought stress lead to decreased growth hormone content and imbalance of hormone proportion;Exogenous 6-bacan effectively regulate the content and proportion of endogenous growth hormones.In the expansion process of Zizania latifolia,after exogenous 6-BA,the fleshy stem cells divide vigorously in the early stage of the expansion and the cell division rate is accelerated,while the cell division rate slows down in the middle and late stage of the expansion.To sum up,high temperature and drought stress cause the decrease of light and pigment content,affect the normal operation of light and system,and lead to the decrease of glucose metabolism enzyme activity,transporter expression and endogenous growth hormone level.Appropriate concentration of exogenous 6-BA solution can increase under high temperature and drought stress is called z.Latifoliaendogenous cytokinin content,inhibit the large degradation of light and color,alleviate Fv/Fm,ΦPSII,qp extent,improve the soluble sugar content,to speed up the fleshy stem cell populations,promote the formation of fleshy stem,reduce production losses.Relieve the inhibiting effect of high temperature and drought on Zizania latifolia and improve its stress tolerance.
