Under the influence of the Taiwan monsoon,sugarcane is prone to large areas of lodging and breaking,which makes the yield of sucrose drop and makes mechanical difficultly harvesting,seriously hindering the development of sugarcane harvesting mechanization.And lack of current research of sugarcane inverted folding mechanism,is not conducive to sugar cane inverted folding resistance measures optimization,therefore,the use of advanced technology and method,to carry out random wind load sugarcane folding mechanism research,provide the basis for optimization of sugarcane inverted folding resistance measures,to promote the development of sugar cane and sugar cane production mechanization planting industry is of great significance.This paper explore the ALE based fluid-structure coupling algorithm and FEM-SPH coupling algorithm of wind load,sugarcane and soil coupling system modeling method,and validated by physical experiment,after the index rate of average wind speed profile and the linear filtering method is used to simulate the natural random wind load,sugarcane dynamics mechanism and to study the roles of random wind load under the condition of different soil,sugarcane leaves and fibrous root quantity in sugar cane down to fold.The results show that the method of constructing sugarcane-soil-wind load system coupling model based on ALE fluid-solid coupling algorithm and FEM-SPH coupling algorithm is reasonable and can be used to study the sugarcane-soil wind load dynamics.When the sugarcane is subjected to random wind load,due to the effect of fluid,the windward pressure of sugarcane is greater than that of the leeward surface,and vortices are generated on the leeward surface.Under the action of pressure and vortices,the sugarcane will bend and deform and the sugarcane leaves will shrink,and the pressure difference between the windward and leeward sides of sugarcane leaves will constantly change,causing the sugarcane leaves to flip and swing randomly in the flow field.Random wind pulsation speed is the main reason of sugarcane vibration.Under the action of strong wind,the stem of sugarcane may break when its bending deformation is large.The larger the number of sugarcane leaves,the larger the windward area of sugarcane and the greater the force it bears,the more prone it is to collapse or break.The larger the number of fibrous roots,the larger the volume of the rhizome mixture,the stronger the soil strength,and the stronger the stabilizing effect on sugarcane.Before the arrival of the Taiwan monsoon,leaf-stripping and irrigation measures were taken to reduce the inverted folding of sugarcane,while planting sugarcane varieties with more fibrous roots was beneficial to reduce the degree of sugarcane lodging.
