| QTL mapping is widely used to explore the wheat Fusarium head blight resistance genes.So far,more than 100 QTLs had been detected in bi-parental segregating population on 21 wheat chromosomes.But the role of these QTLs must be analyzed in different genetic backgrounds and the effects of the elite alleles must be detected in order to use these resources effectively in wheat breeding.In this study,using 159 wheat landraces came from China Wheat Mini Core Collection and 74 wheat accessions from Sumai 3 derived population,evelen QTLs for FHB Type Ⅱ resistance detected in many independent studies were verified through association mapping.Analysing the association between 26 markers located in the QTL interval metioned above and phenotypic data of 233 accessions in five years,13 markers in seven QTL intervals located on 3BS,6B,1B,2B,2DS,2DL and 3AS were significantly associated with Type Ⅱ resistance(P<0.01).To analyse the effect of allelic variants,seven markers which were most significantly associated with spread resistance in each interval were selected to represent the QTLs,the effect of Sumai 3/Wangshuibai allele in Fhb1 region,Xgwm644-162bp allele in Fhb2 region,Xgwm18-207bp allele on chromosome 1B,Xwmc499-212bp allele on chromosome 2B,Xwmc25-188bp allele on chromosome 2DS,Sumai 3 allele of marker Xwmc181 on chromosome 2DL,Xgwm2-237bp allele on chromosome 3AS were very strong.In addition,12 materials having good performance about resistance to FHB spread were identified in our study. |
