the experiment studied on effect of hybridization of high-quality indigotic-crura yellow-feather chicken by using S1-series provided by henan sangao corporation as male parent,and A-series,D-series,E-series,G-series as female parent,composing of S1♂× A♀(S1A),S1♂×D♀(S1D),S1♂× E♀(S1E),S1♂× G♀(S1G),at the same time,D-series as female parent,Y-series,H2-series as the male parent,composing of Y♂×D♀(YD),H2♂×D♀(H2D).Each cross-combination randomly selected 200 chickens(male and female in half),feeding them 14 weeks in the same environment and then slaughtering them,measuring and comparatively analyzing appearance characteristics,produce performance,ketone performance and quality of meat,while using the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR to determine the expression level of A-FABP gene and H-FABP gene in breast muscle,analyzing correlation with IMF content,exploring the effect of expression of A-FABP and HFABP in breast muscle in IMF content.The results of experiment were:1.The appearance characteristics of male and female chicken of six crosscombination basically corresponds the requirement of indigotic-crura yellow-feather chicken.2.①In the four combination series of S1A,S1D,S1E,S1G,the weight of S1D was higher and the ratio of feed to gain was the smallest,so its performance was the best.②In the combination series of YD,S1D,H2D,the ratio of feed to gain of YD was significantly smaller than S1D and H2D,but the weight of YD was the smallest.The weight of S1D was the highest and the ratio of feed to gain was larger than H2D.So the growth performance of YD and S1Dwere better.3.① the production of meat of S1D was the highest and the content of fat was the lowest,so the performance of S1D and S1E were better.② the rate of meat product of YD,S1D,H2D was S1D>H2D>YD.The fat content of female chicken was YD>S1D>H2D,but it had no difference in male chicken(P>0.05).So the slaugher performance of S1D,H2D were better.4.For quality of meat:①the drip loss of S1A,S1D,S1E,S1G was S1A>S1G>S1D>S1E,shear stress was S1A>S1E>S1D>S1G,dry matter content was S1A>S1E>S1G>S1D,but IMF content was S1G>S1D>S1E>S1A.So,the quality of meat of S1D,S1G of the four combinations were better.②the drip loss of male and female chicken of YD,S1D,H2D was H2D>YD>S1D;shear stress was YD>S1D>H2D,dry matter content was YD>H2D>S1D,but IMF content was YD>S1D>H2D.From the above results,the quality of meat of YD and S1D were better.5.In different combinations,the expression levels of A-FABP and H-FABP were different.The expression quantity of A-FABP and H-FABP show positive correlation with IMF content of S1D,S1E,H2D,but negative of that of S1G.In S1 A and YD,the expression quantity of A-FABP was positive with IMF content,but negative with HFABP.A-FABP and H-FABP genes had no significant correlation with IMF content.The difference may relate to individual difference.Above all,the best combination of the six combinations was S1♂×D♀.Compared to the other five combinations,the quality of meat and performance of slaughter and produce were better.To a certain extent,it had dual benefits for consumers and farmers.
