| With the rapid development of global economy,human consumption of resources is increasing,and the development situation is becoming more and more severe.The traditional construction industry has many problems in resource utilization,such as high pollution,high energy consumption and low efficiency.In order to effectively cope with the problem of resource shortage,the development concept of "green building" arises at the historic moment.After continuous development and improvement,a complete theoretical system of green building has been gradually formed.Its core is the comprehensive evaluation system of green building.As an important part of national infrastructure,the airport can not only directly promote the development of local culture,tourism,economy and other aspects,but also radiate influence on the surrounding areas,making a significant contribution to the development of our society and economy.Due to the large investment and long construction period of airports,the significance of developing green airports is naturally self-evident.As a typical building of the airport,the green building content of the terminal building becomes an important index for the Green Airport evaluation.However,the existing green building evaluation standards evaluate the green building as a whole from the perspective of the degree of functional satisfaction,without considering the construction cost of each evaluation index.Therefore,it is very important to construct a set of comprehensive green building evaluation system applicable to the terminal building by considering the functions and costs of green building evaluation indexes.The author takes the airport terminal as the research object,combines the latest "Green Building Evaluation Standard" in China,analyzes the evaluation indexes and evaluation system of the standard,retains the important evaluation indexes,removes the minor evaluation indexes,and uses mathematical methods to assign weights to them,so as to build a more realistic and comprehensive evaluation system.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)The existing green building evaluation indexes were optimized and screened using the expert scoring method,and the optimized indexes were given corresponding weights using the hierarchical analysis method to construct a set of green building comprehensive evaluation index system applicable to the terminal building.(2)Taking the project design stage as the entry point,the function coefficient of each evaluation index is determined by the expert scoring method,and the cost coefficient is determined according to the investment of the design plan.Using value engineering theory,the investment corresponding to each evaluation index in the design scheme is rationally optimized,thus achieving the optimization of green building design.(3)Taking Yulin Airport Terminal as an example,this thesis makes a comprehensive evaluation of green building,optimizes the design scheme of green building,and verifies whether the evaluation system is feasible.The empirical evidence shows that the results are reasonable and feasible,which can provide some references for airport construction in China. |
