The specific application of knowledge graph has covered many usage scenarios such as question and answer query,search engine,artificial intelligence,etc.,but there are relatively few applications that combine knowledge graph with machinery industry.In the design process of complex mechanical products,frequent design changes will occur.Due to the complex relationship between design parameters,the design change process will become extremely difficult,which will increase the design cost.From the perspective of mechanical product design change,this paper takes automatic transmission as an example,and proposes an automatic transmission change design method based on knowledge graph.The method uses nodes in the knowledge graph to store parts,design parameters and calculation formulas,uses edges to represent the relationship between related information,and uses edges to connect nodes to describe the design change propagation process.Through this method,the design change of automatic transmission can be realized.process and provide relevant knowledge for the design process.This method not only provides a new idea for the calculation process of mechanical product design changes,but also has exploratory significance for the application of knowledge graphs in the mechanical field to a certain extent.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,after reading a lot of literature,it is found that the research on general knowledge graphs at home and abroad is relatively mature,while the research on the combination of knowledge graphs and mechanical fields is relatively rare.Combined with the research status of design changes,the use of knowledge graphs is proposed.The graph can store and describe the characteristics of complex relationships to solve the design change problem of complex mechanical products.Secondly,through the research and analysis of the concept,construction process and graph database of the knowledge graph,combined with the data sources of this article,the construction process of the knowledge graph and the storage method of the graph database are determined,and the entities,attributes and relationships are extracted and stored.For triple data,Python program is used to store it in the Neo4 j graph database,and finally an automatic transmission knowledge graph containing 278 nodes and 510 relationships is constructed.Then,design the automatic transmission change design system.Analyze user requirements,and determine the overall architecture and functional structure of the system according to user requirements.The development of the system software is completed using Python language and its related development tools.The system includes editing function module,change design function module,query and view function module.In the editing function module,the construction method of creating nodes and relationships in batches by uploading files by users is implemented.In the change design function module,not only the change design mode of manual input by the user is realized,but also on this basis,the natural language processing method is adopted,combined with the custom dictionary,stop word dictionary,and thesaurus dictionary to realize the user input change statement.Identify input change design patterns.In the query and viewing function module,the knowledge question and answer query function of automatic transmission is realized by analyzing user query requirements,classifying question templates,creating Cypher query statement templates,etc.,combined with natural language processing technology.Finally,the system is tested and verified.By adopting the method of example,the simulated user conducts functional tests on the functions of the user login page,the editing function module,the changing design function module,and the query and viewing function module respectively.The test results clearly demonstrate the feasibility of the system function and the accuracy of the design change results.
