| The rapid development of the automobile industry and the update of automation technology have promoted the leap from manual operation to machine automation equipment stamping for automobile license plate stamping.The traditional license plate stamping is to manually select the character molds,and then operate the hydraulic equipment to stamp.This kind of license plate stamping method is labor-intensive and low in efficiency.Moreover,the product quality is affected by the level of manual operation by this stamping method,and it is difficult to operate and prone to errors.At present,the main problem faced by the license plate press machine equipment research is the automation of character molds.Since the number of each license plate is different,it is required that the equipment can automatically group the ever-changing license plate character molds.In view of the above problems,this thesis studies the mechanical structure and work flow of the integral license plate press.We carries out the design of software and hardware of the integral license plate press control system with IPC and PLC as the control core.A vision system was designed to recognize and detect quality of the stamped license plate.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1).Research on the mechanical structure of the license plate press and analysis of the embossing process.This thesis introduces the mechanical structure of the license plate stamping machine,analyzes the working process and features of loading and unloading,internal and external molds,stamping and font library assembly,and then designs the overall working process of the pressing machine based on the analysis of the pressing process.(2).Hardware design of license plate pressing machine control system.According to the overall press process and process requirements of the license plate press,this thesis designs the control system.The system hardware is selected according to the actual working conditions and performance requirements with the principle of economy.The electrical schematic diagram of the system is drawn.(3).Software design of license plate pressing machine control system.According to the system control requirements,this thesis establishes the overall framework of the system software,writes the PLC program in lower level and software program in the upper level.We study the arrangement of the mold library and write the minimum time spelling algorithm to realize the automatic grouping of the license plate number mold.The manual operation and automatic operation of the pressing machine are realized,and when the pressing machine is running,the relevant information of the license plate is recorded in the database,which is convenient for management and guarantees the stamping safety of the license plate.(4).Design of license plate pressing machine visual detection system.This thesis introduces the license plate standard of our country.We adopt the machine vision technology to conduct the license plate character recognition and license plate quality inspection based on the standard license plate template,and adjust the license plate pressing machine in time according to the quality inspection feedback.The results show that the control system designed in this thesis realizes the functions of high-efficiency automatic pressing,process monitoring,information collection,character recognition and quality detection of license plate products. |
