| The original test platform of an institute has been put into use for nearly 20 years.There are some problems,such as backward design concept,aging equipment and insufficient test capacity,which seriously restrict the test efficiency and quality of the platform and urgently need to be reconstructed.The design scheme of the platform closely fits the actual needs of the institute,strengthens the short board of test capacity,and creates a professional short-circuit test platform.The platform is used to carry out the short-circuit and endurance test of circuit breaker,which is very important test required by the GB.The design work faces difficulties such as numerous test projects and complex technical requirements.Meanwhile,the operation management work faces the dual pressure of controlling output and quality.Therefore,how to formulate reasonable design scheme and operation management measures is the key problem to be solved.This paper takes the design and operation of low-voltage electrical short-circuit test platform as the research object,completes the hardware design and software development of the platform,and carries out the test capability verification and operation management of the platform.The main work is as follows:(1)The overall structure of the platform and the design of the main circuit system.Analyze the actual case,summarize the main characteristics of the platform design,and establish the function,structure and physical model of the platform.Based on these models,the structure and main circuit system of the platform are designed in detail.Among them,through comparison,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,the main components such as power supply,test transformer,impedance load,phase selection and closing device are selected,and the detailed design of the main test circuit is completed.(2)Design and test capability verification of platform measurement and control system.Analyze the requirements of the platform measurement and control system and formulate the overall design scheme.After that,the measurement and control hardware and measure-control circuit are designed,the control process is analyzed,and the functional development of human-computer interaction,circuit control and data measurement and acquisition subsystem is completed.Finally,according to the requirements of the test program,through the test data,it is confirmed that the output indexes of the platform meet the preliminary design requirements and achieve the design goal.(3)Establishment of platform operation management system.In view of the existing problems in operation,use management theory to analyze the causes of the problems,formulate rectification plans,solve management problems,and build a platform operation quality management system.Finally,through the comparison of operation data,the effectiveness of management strategy is confirmed. |
