GLC Silica Lightweight Wallboard(hereinafter referred to as GLC board)is a new type of prefabricated wallboard with low cost,high strength and convenient installation,which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional prefabricated wallboard.As a new type of prefabricated composite wallboard,domestic scholars have little research on the relationship between the basic mechanical properties of wallboard and material constitutive.The content includes the following aspects:(1)Conduct tensile fracture tests on mesh cloth and steel wire mesh to provide the basis for subsequent flexural strength calculation and finite element analysis;conduct uniaxial compression tests,tension,The shear test was carried out to obtain the basic mechanical properties of the core material and the mortar.Through the test results and the failure mode,the relationship between the cube compressive strength and the axial compressive strength,and the relationship between the compressive strength and the height of the specimen and the section size were deduced.(2)Design the test method for the uniaxial compressive stress-strain full curve of foamed cement core material and polypropylene fiber mortar,obtain the test chart of the material’s stress-strain full curve,and divide the curve into ascending sections and descending sections The quintic polynomial and rational fractions are used for derivation and analysis,and a reasonable stress-strain full curve equation and constitutive model are obtained.(3)Carry out the axial compression test of the composite wallboard test block,and calculate the elastic modulus of the composite wallboard.The research shows that the value of the elastic modulus of the GLC wallboard is related to the thickness of the skin mortar.The thickness of the mortar increases by 10 mm,and the elastic modulus is about The increase is about 15%;after that,the principle of average value of composite materials is adopted,and the correction coefficient k is introduced to calculate the single-layer and multi-layer GLC wallboard,and obtain the calculation formula of elastic modulus of GLC wallboard based on the volume fraction of mortar.(4)The flexural test of the wallboard was carried out with different mortar surface layers as parameters.The results showed that with the increase of the mortar thickness,the initial stiffness and cracking strength of the specimen increased significantly,and the cracking load of the mortar thickened wallboard was higher than that of the ordinary wallboard.53.5%,the ultimate load is reduced by 2.1%.(5)Using the derived constitutive models of foamed cement and polypropylene fiber mortar,the ABAQUS software is used to simulate the compression and bending test of the wallboard material and the composite wallboard,and the test curve and the simulation curve are compared and fitted.,verifies the accuracy of the derived constitutive relation,and provides auxiliary evidence for experiments and theoretical calculations.
