| At present,COVID-19 is spreading around the world,and the global response to the pandemic is grim.Elevator as an important tool for our daily travel.Due to its small space,relatively closed,poor air circulation,large flow of people,frequent use and other reasons,it is extremely easy to cause the breeding of bacteria and the spread of cross infection of viruses,making it a high risk area for the spread of viruses.Facing the complicated and severe epidemic situation,it is very important to do well the work of elevator epidemic prevention and disinfection,especially in the public gathering place.This paper takes the gas-liquid two-phase flow spraying disinfection equipment of elevator car as the research object,through the method of combining simulation with experiment.firstly,the whole structure of the spraying disinfection equipment of elevator car is designed,which includes spray disinfection module,mobile phone remote monitoring and control module,safety protection module,ect.Disinfection personnel monitor the use of elevators through mobile phone APP video,remotely control the work of elevator spray disinfection equipment,reasonably arrange disinfection time,reduce manual participation,and improve disinfection efficiency.Secondly,the gas passage fluid domain of the atomizer was simulated to find out the factors affecting the spray effect,and then the nozzle structure was designed and simulated to determine the appropriate structure.Five kinds of atomizer spray angles are designed,and the simulation results show that when the Angle is 30° and 45°,the spray diffusion distribution in the elevator is better.Finally,an elevator spray experimental platform is built to verify the accuracy of simulation results.TExperiments were carried out to test the influence of gas path size and gas path outlet slope on atomization Angle of nozzle under different pressure.The particle size distribution of droplets of the newly designed nozzle was investigated experimentally.At the same time,the coverage rate,distribution density,deposition amount and other characteristics of droplets at different positions in the elevator under the effect of spraying Angle of five kinds of atomizers were explored.This paper designs the elevator gas-liquid two phase flow spray disinfection equipment not only realize the function of remote monitoring control spray,and structure of nozzle and the spray Angle was improved design,reasonable collocation of the elevator atomizer working parameters,improving the quality of the droplets atomized and distribution uniformity,put an end to the disinfection of blind area,improve the efficiency of disinfection,It provides reference for design and optimization of elevator rapid and efficient spray disinfection.The application of the spray disinfection equipment is not only limited to elevators,but also can be extended to the disinfection of transportation equipment such as buses and subways.It has important practical application value and broad prospects for promotion and application,and is of great significance for improving the efficiency and level of public service. |
