| As one of the important conveying methods of powder materials,pneumatic conveying has been widely used in various fields of production and manufacturing because of its advantages of closed,pollution-free,high efficiency and low cost.In the process of conveying,it can also carry out grading,pressurization and cooling.Pneumatic conveying has developed rapidly at home and abroad because of its advantages.Before the application of granular materials in engineering,we should first study the law of powder in the transportation process.The author combines the dilute phase transportation and dense phase transportation,and uses the cfd-dem coupling method to numerically simulate the dense phase transportation and dilute phase transportation respectively.The turbulence model is determined by using the appropriate two-phase calculation model,and the appropriate time step is selected.The solid phase is numerically simulated in edem and the gas phase is numerically simulated in fluent.Introduce,design and select the main equipment in the powder pneumatic conveying device,including conveying pipeline,tank,roots blower,air compressor and screw conveyor,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent conveying analysis.Then the system is further optimized by simulationIn the pneumatic conveying device,in order to reduce energy consumption and increase conveying efficiency,the inclined pipe is selected to replace the lower elbow,the upper elbow is selected as the elbow with large curvature radius,and the dense phase conveying pipe is added with bypass auxiliary blowing pipe.According to the principle of two-phase transportation,through the simulation of material transportation and the analysis of transportation state,particle velocity,pressure drop and pipeline wear,the inclined pipeline is designed to be 1000 mm long,the inclination angle is30°,10 d large curvature radius elbow is selected for 90°,elbow,the transportation capacity of dilute phase transportation is 1.75kg/s and the particle size is 5mm.In dense phase transportation,the transportation capacity is 3.2kg/s under the pressure of200 KPa in the bypass pipeline.The bypass auxiliary blowing pipeline can not only assist the dense phase transportation,but also help the main pipeline to remove the material blockage of the pipeline and avoid the blockage of the dense phase transportation pipeline.Ensure the smoothness of conveying.Through the research of pneumatic conveying of granular materials and the construction of conveying pilot plant,this subject provides the conveying process scheme for the engineering conveying system,reduces the environmental pollution in powder conveying,reduces the labor cost,and provides quantitative parameters for the research of pneumatic conveying of particles. |
