With the advent of the post-epidemic era,the way people live and work is changing dramatically and multi-scene work has become the norm.In the information age,we are faced with a flood of information, making ’attention’ a scarce resource. As a result, the value of multimodal interaction in the design field is becoming increasingly important. In this paper,we study the existing results of multimodal speech theory, sort out the practical cases of multimodal interaction in design science, and summarise the methods applied to the design of office products for mobile travel.Using multimodal interaction as a design perspective and mobile conferencing as a key scenario,it combines cognitive psychology research methods to study user behavior, reconstruct the connection between natural human-computer interaction and product functionality, reduce the user’s attention load in the office environment, and improve the process of efficient and orderly interaction between humans and machines.Multimodal interaction began with the development of multimodal discourse theory and has gradually been extended to innovative applications in the field of design.Traditional human-computer interaction has moved from "command-feedback" to "perception-learning-feedback",which is inseparable from the study of the user’s behavior in the environment.behavioral research. This topic starts from the user’s perception of the information dissemination channel, extracts the behaviors in the meeting and office scenario, forms a mapping relationship with the product interaction mode, and further explores the possibility of complementing and replacing each modality in the multi-scene office. The imbalance between information output and user perception in the conference scenario is addressed to facilitate the current emergence of behavior in the mobile office scenario.Meetings are a multi-sensory process that requires multi-layer information exchange between users."The project aims to optimize the interaction form of conference office products to realize the interaction relationship between the user and product behavior and between user perception and information feedback. In design practice, functional improvements are made to "meeting process control","feedback and collection" and "integration of portable functions",emphasizing The innovative points of "natural interaction in meeting feedback" and "integration of functions and portability" are highlighted. As a primary productivity tool, office products have the potential to evolve into lighter, smarter products, and with the development of multimodal interaction technologies, the future portfolio could be more natural and fluid for users, minimizing the tedious content that users need to deal with online through the organization of different modal designs.
