With the rapid development of the new generation of virtualization and internet network technologies,more and more traditional factories seek ’ digital transformation’ to maximize revenue.The development trend of the future network presents the characteristics of massive connections of smart terminals,complex and diverse network protocols,and flexible application scenarios,while the traditional industrial network cannot adapt to this development needs.In order to solve this problem,the network slicing technology is introduced in the 5G white paper.Each network slicing is a collection of network functions and resources.At present,the head factory will choose to cooperate with network operators to establish a dedicated network.Its advantages such as fast and safe need not be overstated,but its disadvantages such as high price and low utilization rate are also increasingly prominent.These disadvantages have caused great obstacles to the growth of small,medium and micro factories and the further development of the industry.Therefore,network slicing came into being in the industrial Internet.(1)Aiming at the problems of high network operation cost,low utilization rate and complex network configuration,this paper,based on industrial Internet and network slicing technology,proposes a network model for industrial interconnection based on network slicing.This model is proposed after in-depth understanding of the external network application scenarios and analysis of network characteristics of small,medium and micro factories,aiming to meet the needs of users with flexible network and low operating costs in the period of rapid development of industrial Internet.(2)Aiming at the problem of network flexibility in small,medium and micro factories in the industrial Internet scenario,this paper puts forward the industrial Internet scenarios of small and medium-sized factories outside network section research plan,the plan after the analysis of application scenarios,in view of the four types of business application model gives the corresponding network strategy,but also for two indicators to optimize network latency and bandwidth,By using the technical advantages of software-defined network and flexible decoupling of network slices,the threshold of network use for small,medium and micro factories is reduced,and the problem of flexibility of network use is effectively improved.(3)In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed network slicing model based on network slicing for industrial interconnection and the external network slicing scheme of small,medium and micro factories under the industrial Internet scenario,an experimental environment was built under Linux to generate "best effort" network slicing,time-first network slicing and bandwidthfirst network slicing.The experimental results show that the weight of delay and bandwidth is proportional to the expected effect,which proves that the network model based on network slicing for industrial interconnection and the external network slicing scheme of small,medium and micro factories under the industrial Internet scenario can effectively improve the quality of network service.
