| In the context of global economic development, energy issues and environmental degradation have gained widespread attention, with energy consumption in the construction industry accounting for 20-40% of the global total. This has led to a series of problems, such as haze, bad weather, climate warming, etc. The total amount of buildings in China is large and energy-consuming,and energy-efficient buildings have received a lot of attention from the society. And the energy saving plan of rural houses is an important part to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in China. In this paper,we take the rural houses in northern Anhui as the research object, summarize and sort out the passive house technology strategy, and verify it by PHPP software. In this study, through the research of 19 residences in northern Anhui, the current characteristics of residences in northern Anhui are analyzed in terms of building status, building plan size aspect ratio, occupancy size, function, household layout, etc.,several index distribution ranges of residences are determined, and a typical residence in northern Anhui is summarized;the climate,U-value,area,underground heat loss, windows of typical rural residences in northern Anhui are carried out in several aspects Building energy consumption simulation analysis, and the transformation of the outer envelope of the passive house: optimizing the original doors, windows and outer walls, installing roller shades, improving the air tightness of the building, and installing a new air system to ensure indoor ventilation;after transforming the outer envelope with doors and windows, the maximum cold load and maximum heat load per unit area are reduced to different degrees, with the maximum heat load dropping by 68% and the maximum cold load dropping by 11%;in the new residential design, energy saving can be effectively achieved by changing the orientation and reducing the body coefficient, while for the completed rural houses, the exterior walls, roofs, floor slabs and windows can be replaced to make energy-saving renovations to the houses,so as to improve comfort and reduce energy consumption.Figure [81];table [21];reference [51]... |
