With the increasing complexity of modern manufacturing engineering and the wide application of intelligent manufacturing technology,the variety and quantity of product data continue to increase,and the corresponding version iteration speed continues to accelerate.Bill of Material(BOM),as the core data of intelligent manufacturing information system,is not only the data link between Computer Aided Design(CAD)and Computer-aided manufacturing(CAM),but also Throughout the entire product life cycle,all areas of the department.Therefore,under the condition of ensuring consistency and integrity,realizing the successful transformation of BOM multi-view is an important channel to realize the effective integration of enterprise information.Aiming at the problem of "information island" brought about by heterogeneous BOM data sources,as well as the poor conversion of BOM views in different fields,the consistency and integrity of BOM data in different fields cannot be guaranteed,this paper mainly focuses on the following two aspects Research:(1)A BOM semantic knowledge integration model is proposed.The model consists of four functional modules: BOM semantic knowledge representation,BOM semantic knowledge unification,BOM semantic knowledge mapping and BOM semantic knowledge service.The BOM semantic knowledge representation module adopts the knowledge representation method based on ontology,uses the OWL DL ontology description language to formally describe the BOM semantic knowledge,and builds the ontology model of the BOM semantic knowledge.The BOM semantic knowledge unification module unifies the BOM local ontology and domain ontology into a global ontology to realize the unification of semantic knowledge of heterogeneous information sources;Finally,the BOM semantic knowledge mapping module implements BOMs of different functional domains based on product configuration rules and semantic BOM models Multiview transformation.(2)An improved BOM multi-view management and version control method based on polychromatic graph is proposed for unified management and maintenance of SSPD and accurate tracking of BOM data version evolution.First,the model of BOM version control is established,and its mechanism is elaborated in detail.Then,combined with the multi-view version of the product structure model,the product structure expression methods in different stages of the product life cycle are discussed.Finally,a multi-object constraint set is introduced,a version control model based on an improved polychromatic graph is established,and its definition and principle are described in detail. |
