Research On Technology Innovation Of Konka Group Enterprises From The Perspective Of Internationalization

The raging global epidemic and the turbulent international situation cannot hinder the deepening of economic globalization.The trend of enterprises from all countries to promote internationalization and actively integrate into the world economic market is unstoppable.The parallel development strategy of internationalization and technological innovation has become an inevitable choice for many enterprises.For Chinese home appliance companies that took the lead in rushing out of the country,how to gain a foothold in the tide of internationalization,how their internationalization affects technological innovation,how to formulate internationalization development strategies and technological innovation development strategies,these are all unsolved problems that require deep thinking at the theoretical and practical levels.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and exploration of Konka Group,a typical international home appliance enterprise,in order to provide better strategic guidance for Konka Group’s own international operation and technological innovation and development.From the perspective of internationalization,based on the literature review and the technological innovation development practice of Konka Group,the paper deeply analyzes the practical basis and theoretical basis of the impact of internationalization on technological innovation,and conducts an empirical analysis.First,a systematic literature review has laid a broad theoretical foundation for the impact of internationalization on corporate technological innovation.Then,it makes an in-depth analysis of the actual basis of Konka Group’s internationalization process,internationalization motivation,and enterprise technological innovation effect brought by internationalization.At the same time,a detailed study was carried out on the theoretical mechanism that internationalization affects the technological innovation of Konka Group,and the logical analysis found that,at the theoretical level,the internationalization of Konka Group has a positive impact on its technological innovation,and government subsidies have a positive regulating effect.By collecting the quarterly report data of Konka Group from 2001 to 2020,a linear measurement model between technological innovation and internationalization of Konka Group’s enterprises was established,and an empirical test was carried out.The results show that:（1）From the overall regression results,the internationalization of Konka Group has a positive effect on the technological innovation of enterprises,that is,the more complete the internationalization,the better the technological innovation effect of Konka Group;（2）Judging from the regression results based on the macro environment,before joining the WTO and before the financial crisis,the internationalization of Konka Group had a positive effect on technological innovation.After the financial crisis and before the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative,Konka Group’s The internationalization of the group has no significant impact on the technological innovation of the enterprise.After the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative,the positive impact of the internationalization of the Konka Group on the technological innovation of the enterprise has deepened compared with the positive impact of the first stage;（3）Judging from the regression results based on Konka’s own time period,during 2001-2010,the impact of Konka Group’s internationalization on enterprise technological innovation showed a positive effect.During the period from 2011 to 2020,the influence of Konka Group’s internationalization on technological innovation of enterprises still showed a positive effect of promoting,but due to the influence of internal equity disputes and other factors,the positive effect of this stage was not as good as that of the first stage;（4）Government subsidies positively regulate the impact of internationalization on the technological innovation of Konka Group enterprises.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the paper believes that,starting from Konka Group itself,it is imperative to comply with the following six strategic recommendations,namely adhere to local conditions to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development;adhere to innovation-driven,strengthen R＆D system coordination;adhere to digital innovation,help brand transformation and upgrading;adhere to the local customs,attract international scientific and technological talents;grasp the policy orientation,improve the communication mechanism between government and enterprises;make good use of government subsidies to improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,strategic expansion from the government level can form a synergy.
