Chain hammer demining vehicle,also known as flail demining vehicle,is a mechanical demining vehicle with strong terrain adaptability,low cost of demining,high efficiency,and the ability to open up a full path of roads.At present,chain hammer demining vehicle is most widely used in overseas humanitarian demining tasks,but relatively few in China.As a key component of chain hammer demining vehicle,chain hammer demining device is focused on its soil cutting ability and its protection against mine explosion during mine sweeping.Therefore,the structure design and analysis of chain hammer demining device is carried out from several azimuths.Through UG three-dimensional modeling software,the structure of chain hammer demining device is preliminarily designed and modeled,and each component is assembled to get the three-dimensional model of chain hammer demining device.Through LS-DYNA finite element analysis software and SPH algorithm,the four hammers in the design scheme are respectively simulated and analyzed.By comparing the cutting resistance,cutting torque and cutting power consumption during the cutting process,the optimum design scheme is finally selected and reasonable basis is provided for the hammer design.S-ALE algorithm was used to carry out numerical simulation research on explosion resistance of Q235 steel plate coated with polyurea in different ways under the same surface density.The conclusion shows that the back-blasting surface coating method is the best explosion resistance of Q235 steel plate coated with polyurea,but the explosion resistance of Q235 bare steel plate with the same surface density is better than that of polyurea coated steel plate.Q235 steel square pipe and armoured steel square pipe coated with polyurea on the inner wall and Q235 steel,armoured steel and 6063-T5 aluminium alloy round pipe coated with polyurea on the outer wall and poured with polyurea on the inner wall are numerically simulated by S-ALE method.The results show that the thicker the polyurea on the inner wall of square pipe,the better the protection performance.When polyurea is poured into the inner part of metal cylinder,its explosion resistance will be improved.Of the three materials,only 6063-T5 aluminium alloy circular tube can improve explosion resistance when polyurea is applied to the outer wall,while the other two will decrease.The explosion resistance of polyurea coated or poured on key components of mine demining device is analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the polyurea composite structure can effectively improve the explosion resistance of the device. |
