Cable has a very important position in my country’s manufacturing industry.It is a must for the national grid,a medium for information transmission systems,and an internal component of many large-scale equipment.Polyethylene cross-linked cables appeared in China in the 1960 s.In 1971,using the steam cross-linking method,Shanghai Cable Factory and Shenyang Cable Factory jointly produced the first relatively mature 35 k V polyethylene cross-linking.Cable,today,the production technology has been very mature.In this subject,the system used is a set of very mature three-layer co-extrusion catenary dry process high-voltage cross-linked cable production line control system.The principle of PID is easy to understand,the implementation is simple,and the robustness is good,so it is used in the extruder temperature control and pipeline temperature control part of the cross-linked cable production line.However,due to the hysteresis effect,nonlinearity and complex and changeable external environment in the temperature control of this system,In addition,there are a lot of external interference and other characteristics.Although ordinary PID can play the effect of temperature control,there are problems such as large static temperature fluctuation and slow response speed in the control process.With the continuous exploration and research of PID algorithm,different algorithms are integrated into it,and improved PID algorithms such as fuzzy PID and single neuron adaptive PID are formed.The fuzzy PID algorithm has higher stability and is suitable for complex control.environment,the single neuron adaptive PID algorithm has faster response and better robustness.This paper firstly introduces the development status of the subject and the significance of the subject selection,and then outlines the composition of the control system of the cross-linked cable production line and introduces the various components of the system,mainly including the extruder and the temperature control system of the catenary pipeline,and Other electrical control parts.Next,the hardware composition of the FPGA-based temperature control system designed by the project is introduced,including temperature sensor module,parameter setting module,digital tube display module,human-computer interaction interface module,PWM output module,etc.In addition,Modbus communication is a common communication method for crosslinked cable production lines,and FPGA is used in the project to implement and simulate this protocol;Introduced,and finally compared the three algorithms,and concluded that fuzzy PID has stronger anti-interference,single neuron adaptive PID has faster response speed and better robustness. |
