Research On Optimization Of Quality Management System Of X Company’s New Energy Powertrain Plant

In China’s "14th Five-Year Plan",plans such as focusing on strategic emerging industries such as new energy vehicles are clearly mentioned.By 2035,pure electric vehicles will become the mainstream of newly sold vehicles,and vehicles in the public sector will be fully electrified.According to the latest data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers,from January to June this year,new energy vehicles sold 1.206 million units,an increase of 201.5% year-on-year.It is estimated that the proportion of new energy vehicles will be at least 20% in 2025,and the sales of new energy vehicles will reach5 million.Under the impetus of the policy,the new energy vehicle industry chain is expected to continue to have a high boom,and the development prospects of new energy vehicles in China are better in the future.As an electric engine and battery that provides the "heart" of new energy vehicles,X Company’s new energy powertrain plant was transformed from the original new energy vehicle prototype company "X New Energy Branch" to the "X Company New Energy Powertrain Factory" that produces battery assemblies and motor assemblies,and belongs to the headquarters of the X Company Group.The transformation from the company to the factory is also a big challenge for the new energy powertrain plant.This paper conducts research and specific analysis on the optimization of the quality management system after the transformation of the new energy powertrain factory,which has more important research significance.This paper mainly analyzes the formulation of the quality management system optimization plan of the new energy powertrain factory of Company X through the research on the development prospects of the current HQ brand new energy vehicle development prospects,from the three stages of the new project stage of the product,the mass production stage and the after-sales service stage as the main line,the three stages as the main line,through the hierarchical method of total quality management,from the five influencing factors,namely "People","Machine","Material"," Method"," Environment",five aspects,combined with the literature analysis method,The case analysis method discovers the problems existing in the current quality management system and analyzes its root causes,and analyzes the environment of quality system optimization through SWOT analysis,proposes the corresponding quality management system optimization plan,and proposes corresponding safeguard measures from the four aspects of personnel guarantee,system guarantee,organization and technical guarantee.This enables the new energy powertrain factory to meet the needs of increasing economic benefits and enhancing sustainable development at the same time,improve the quality of HQ brand new energy vehicle products,and then seize the development opportunities of new energy vehicles,so that X Company HQ brand vehicles have a greater advantage and initiative in market competition.
