With the integration of artificial intelligence,robot,5G and other technologies in the construction industry field,the era of intelligent construction is coming.Using robot to complete construction tasks instead of manual works has become one of the mainstream trends in construction industry in the future.However,most of the construction tasks of spraying on exterior walls of high-rise buildings are still completed manually,and the practical application of construction robot in this field is still less.In order to meet the market demand,this paper puts forward a design scheme of exterior walls of high-rise buildings spraying robot,and introduces six functions of the robot.Then,the value analysis of these six functions is carried out by using the principle and method of value engineering,and it is found that the function coefficient of intelligent recognition function is the highest but the value coefficient is the lowest,and this function needs to be prioritized.This paper studies an intelligent recognition system based on exterior walls of high-rise buildings spraying robot,and puts forward two different solutions to meet the building exterior wall spraying tasks in different situations.The first intelligent recognition scheme is based on image intelligent recognition,which is mainly suitable for buildings with simple exterior wall shape and no complex structure.The recognition scheme is mainly achieved by infrared emitter and the interaction of cameras,the main process is to obtain the image preprocessing and information extraction,and then to compare the the extracted infrared point with the infrared building exterior wall base point.When the information matches,the painting work start.When the information doesn’t match,the work stop.The second intelligent recognition scheme is intelligent recognition based on BIM,which has a wide range of application and can meet the spraying tasks of all kinds of building exterior walls,especially complex building exterior walls.In the identification scheme,the Revit software is developed again in advance to recognize the implementation of BIM model building exterior wall intelligently.Then the BIM model is imported to Revit software,which can identify and then converts identified building exterior wall model to IFC format,extract the spraying coordinate of point in the model,and transmit to spraying robot.Finally,an Internet of Things monitoring and control platform is designed in this paper.The main function of the platform is to monitor the spraying situation of the spraying robot in real time and to control it remotely.The monitoring content mainly includes the robot spraying,recognition,running state and other aspects of monitoring.Remote control mainly includes the control of the whole robot,as well as the separate control of sprinkler parts and motor parts of the robot.The main function of remote control is that it can be carried out on this platform when the spraying area on the exterior wall is too complex to complete automatic spraying task and there are robot recognition errors,spraying errors or emergency accidents.The intelligent recognition system proposed in this paper not only improves the spraying efficiency of building exterior wall,but also improves the spraying accuracy,which has a certain practical significance for intelligent construction based on building exterior wall spraying robot. |
