Orthotropic steel deck is widely used in the main girder of long-span bridges,but its stress state is complex.Under the combined influence of heavy load,large traffic and temperature changes,many steel bridge pavements have cracks,pots and other diseases,Which seriously affected the normal operation of the bridge.Traditional repair materials can only be applied under dry and water-free conditions.In the rainy season with continuous rainfall,the existing maintenance materials cannot repair the pavement in time and effectively.Rainwater continuously penetrates into the interior of the pavement along the damaged part of the pavement,causing more serious problems such as corrosion of the steel bridge deck and failure of the pavement.In this context,there is an urgent need to design an emergency repair material that can be used in rainy weather.This material can not only complete maintenance and restore traffic in a short time,but also has good road performance and long service life.In this thesis,using the underwater curing resin independently developed by the research group,the mixture ratio design and road performance research have been conducted through experiments.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:First,optimize the formula of underwater curing resin according to the performance requirements of steel bridge pavement repair.Through viscosity test,tensile test and water absorption test,the formula of underwater curing resin in terms of construction workability and mechanical properties is optimized.After comparison and improvement,three types of underwater curing resins of T3,C1,and C2 were finally obtained for subsequent tests;Second,two gradations of AC-10 mixture and perfusion mixture are selected,and the mixing ratio design of the underwater curing resin mixture is carried out through the Marshall test,and the best oil-stone ratio of AC-10 mixture is 6%,the best oil-stone ratio of the perfusion mixture is 23%,and the low temperature bending test,high temperature rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test have further verified that the underwater curing resin mixture has excellent road performance;Thirdly,using digital image related technology,the unilateral notched beam three-point bending test was used to study the crack resistance of the underwater curing resin mixture,and the value of fracture toughness、critical crack tip opening displacement(CTODc)and the fracture energy G_F of the underwater curing resin mixture at-10℃was calculated.research results show that underwater curing resin has excellent low-temperature crack resistance;Fourth,the pull-out test and the low-temperature bending test of the compound beam were selected to study the bonding properties of the underwater curing resin mixture and the wet pavement interface.The research results show that the underwater curing resin mixture has the excellent interface bonding performance.The weak interface is the interface between resin and aggregate and the bonding performance of T3 resin is better than C1,C2;Fifth,combined with literature retrieval and on-site construction experience,the commonly used methods for repairing steel bridge deck paving pits are summarized,and two underwater curing resin mixture steel bridge paving pit repairing construction techniques are proposed.
