The electrically inspired linear synchronous motor magnetic suspension system has strong instability,and is easily affected by uncertainty disturbance or end effect,which greatly increases the difficulty of control and proposes a magnetic suspension system Hrobust control method.The paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China:"Controllable Excitation Line Synchronous Motor Magnetic Suspension Give Platform Operation Mechanism and Control Strategy Research(Project Approval No.:51575363)"For Background,the HRobust Control Strategy of Electric Excited Line Motor Magnetic Suspension System.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Research on the Mathematical Model,Basic Structure and Operation of Electric Synchronous Motors.Research on the structure,principle,and coordinate change method,according to this derived voltage equation and the magnetic chain equation under the d-q axis,then derive the force equalization and motion equation in the suspend direction,in order to facilitate the derived mathematical model,further simplify the suspending force equation,finally due to the nonlinearity of the model,the mathematical model of the electricity and straight synchronous motor is derived from the method of linearization using a balance point.(2)Design of HRobust Controller of Magnetic Suspension System of Electrically Excited Linear Synchronous Motor.The electrically inspired linear motor magnetic suspension platform system has strong instability,and is susceptible to uncertain disturbance and end effects,which greatly increases the control difficulty,the design Hrobust controller,and the system will limit the system to uncertain disturbance The problem of suppression is attributed to the design of the Hrobust controller,and the Hrobust controller of the suspension system is obtained by solving the positive solution of Riccati inequality.Finally,Simulation research is performed using Matlab/simulink software,and the results prove that the Hrobust control method can make the electrical inspirational linear synchronous motor with good ability to suppress disturbances.(3)Optimization design of whale algorithm(WOA)for Hrobust controller of electrical insulation linear synchronous motor.For the design of the Hrobust controller in the above content(2),the parameters of the weighted matrix selection,select the optimal selection of the parameters using the whale optimization algorithm.By running the whale algorithm,multi-iterative solution is performed,the optimal solution of the Hrobust controller weighted parameters is obtained,and the value of the controller K is obtained by(2)to explain the value of the controller.The Matlab/simulink software is used to simulate research,write a WOA,and establish a model containing performance indicators,and simulate the electrical insulation line synchronous motor robust optimization control system.
