With the continuous development of science and technology,people’s requirements for the quality of life are also gradually rising.Stainless steel thermos cups and thermos pots are common daily necessities,and people have higher and higher requirements for their appearance and health.Nano polishing technology can polish stainless steel cup and pot products.The polished products have beautiful appearance,no acid residue and more health.Cup and pot products need cleaning after polishing.In order to cooperate with the polishing production line,this thesis designs a supporting cup and pot Nano polishing production line cleaning system,which realizes the automatic cleaning of cup and pot products and improves the automation of the polishing production line.The main research contents and conclusions of this thesis include:(1)Through the investigation of polishing technology and cleaning technology,it is determined that the cleaning system of cup and pot Nano polishing production line adopts high-pressure water jet cleaning technology to clean the cup and pot products after Nano polishing,and the overall scheme of the system is drawn up.(2)The structure of the cleaning system of the cup and pot Nano polishing production line is designed,and the key parts are designed and selected.Through the design and selection,the basic structure of the cleaning system is determined.(3)The strength and fatigue of key parts in the cleaning system of cup and pot Nano polishing production line are analyzed by using Solid Works software.It is obtained that the life cycle is 1*10~6 under the maximum pressure and the number of cycles is 1*10~4.It is verified that the service life of parts is long and the structural design is reasonable;The flow field simulation analysis of the nozzle is carried out b y using Fluent software.It is obtained that the speed of water ejected from the nozzle to the bottom of the cup and pot is 7.93m/s,the water flow speed is large,and it can be accurately sprayed to the bottom of the cup and pot.The cleaning effect can meet the performance requirements of the system.(4)Combined with the structure of the cleaning system of the cup and pot Nano polishing production line and the polishing time of the supporting cup and pot Nano polishing production line,the cleaning time is determined,and the control system is designed and programmed with STEP7 software to realize the automation of the cleaning system.(5)Assist the enterprise to complete the manufacturing,installation and commissioning of the cleaning system of the cup and pot Nano polishing production line.Experiments show that the designed cleaning system meets the use requirements,and the polishing production line has been put into production.
