Quantum dots have a remarkable quantum size effect,so that,quantum dots with different particle sizes will absorb light of different wavelengths under the same light.In this thesis,lead sulfide quantum dots(PbS QDs)are used as light-absorbing materials,which is one of the research hotspots in the field of third-generation solar cells with low preparation cost,high yield,wide light absorption range and high theoretical power conversion efficiency.Among them,PbS QDs solutions are prepared by a chemical solution method,and a PbS QDs solar cell is prepared by a spin coating method.The thesis first studies in synthesis and preparation of PbS QDs and obtains a series of PbS QDs solutions with different sizes by changing the precursor ratio and reaction conditions.The surface states of PbS QDs were changed with different reaction conditions,we study in the effect of the surface state of PbS QDs on the performance of devices.The results show that the higher the proportion of lead on the surface of PbS QDs,the worse the device performance.Then,the modification and passivation treatment of each layer of PbS QDs solar cells was studied in detail.We discussed the effect of modifying and passivation devices with different materials which adjust the position of the energy band on the performance of the devices.The results show that: APTES,changing the band gap of PbS-EDT,and carbazole can passive Zn O ETL,PbS-I light absorption layer,and PbS-EDT HTL,respectively,and improve the PCE of the devices.Finally,a PbS QDs solar cell with PCE of 10.25% was obtained on the FTO substrate,and the stability was more than 60 days.Finally,on the basis of not destroying the device itself,the lead sulfide quantum dot solar cell was subjected to proton irradiation experiments,and it was found that the lead sulfide quantum dot solar cell has a certain self-healing ability.They can recover most of the initial performance on its own...
