| Science and technology change with each passing day,civil aviation industry is also constantly innovating,aircraft driving system is more and more advanced,safety accidents caused by aircraft are few,and human factors caused by unsafe incidents have become the main reason.Therefore,to ensure the safety of operation,the primary work is to improve the technical ability and flying style of pilots.Pilot’s sense of responsibility is closely related to operation safety.Meanwhile,pilot’s sense of responsibility is also an important part of flying style.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore the responsibility of flight cadets to provide reference for the training of responsibility of flight cadets.First of all,in order to avoid the results of lying and concealment caused by traditional questionnaire survey,164 cadets who had completed primary and secondary education were invited to participate in the experiment by adopting single-category implicit association test.On the one hand,karpinski’s calculation method was used to test the reliability of the experiment,and it was found that R1=0.409(P<0.001),R2=0.406(P<0.001),R3=0.525(P<0.001),the reaction time of the two groups were significantly correlated,and the experiment had a high reliability.On the other hand,the other rating was used as the calibration of this experiment to verify the experimental effect index D value.R1=0.157(P<0.05),R2=0.195(P<0.05),R3=0.173(P<0.05),and the correlation between D value and other rating score was significant.Both aspects verified the validity of the single category implicit association test.Secondly,a single sample t-test was conducted on the D values of different demographic indicators(residential area,only child or not,and love or not as demographic indicators),it was found that the D values were significantly different from 0,and the experimental results of different dimensions of responsibility were all greater than 0(D values were greater than 0,implicit positive;D value is zero,the implicit effect is not significant;D value is less than zero,indicating implicit negative attitude),and then the paired sample t test is conducted for the average response time of compatible tasks and the average response time of incompatible tasks of different demographic indicators,the difference between the mean response time of compatible tasks and incompatible tasks reaches a significant level.The results showed that the cadets had positive implicit attitudes towards national and social responsibility,collective and others’responsibility and self-responsibility,and different demographic indicators showed differences in the intensity of responsibility.Then,with demographic indicators as independent variables and D values as dependent variables,multivariate anova was conducted.It was found that these demographic indicators had no significant impact on the implicit national and social responsibility,collective and other responsibility and self-responsibility of flight cadets.Then the effect of three different responsibility dimension parameter values,comparing the D value found flight student collective sense of responsibility and others strong,the second is the self-responsibility,the last is the state and society sense of responsibility,the last three responsibility D value according to the demographic indicators for independent samples t test,analysis and comparison,found that on the collective sense of responsibility and others.The implicit sense of responsibility of rural cadets was significantly higher than that of urban cadets,and the implicit sense of responsibility of targeted cadets was significantly higher than that of untargeted cadets.In this study,a single type of implicit association test was used to evaluate the sense of responsibility of flight cadets,so as to effectively avoid errors in experimental results caused by false reports and concealments,and more accurately measure the levels of different sense of responsibility of flight cadets,providing a reliable basis for pilot training in the future. |
