With the continuous construction of islands in China,the development of island resources,fisheries,tourism,military and other aspects is also growing,and the demand for safe,reliable and clean energy and fresh water resources is also growing.At present,the energy supply cost on the island is high,and the "garbage siege" and other problems have caused great damage to the environment on the island,which greatly limits the construction and development of the island.Under the policy call of "promoting green and low-carbon development and continuously improving environmental quality",establishing an environment-friendly Island multi energy system that can make full use of the island’s renewable energy to supply all kinds of energy and resources,effectively protect and improve the island’s environment has become an effective way to solve the island’s environmental problems and the economic problems of energy supply.As an important part of the island multi energy system design and planning,the optimal allocation of island multi energy system is of great significance to ensure the island energy supply and the economy of system operation.Therefore,this paper mainly takes the island multi energy system as an example to study the optimal configuration of environment-friendly Island multi energy system.The main work of this paper includes:Consider the main characteristics of multi energy system,an island multi energy system combined with waste treatment and electric hydrogen water supply is built,and the mechanism and characteristics of each equipment in the system are analyzed.On this basis,the energy supply unit,coupling unit,energy storage unit,dilution unit and waste treatment unit in the island multi energy system are modeled in turn,and the power network model is established.Island multi energy network model of hydrogen energy network model and water distribution network model.Based on the requirements of island environmental protection and low-carbon,the environmental friendly index system of island multi energy system is established,and according to the needs of coordinated operation of various equipment,put forward the optimization strategy of island multi energy coordinated operation.Aiming at minimizing the comprehensive operation cost of island multi energy system,an optimal operation model of island multi energy system with environmental indicators as constraints is established and compared with the simple energy supply model,the results show that the proposed Island multi energy coordinated operation optimization strategy considering environmental constraints is better than the traditional Island energy supply mode in economy and environmental protection,which provides theoretical support for the capacity allocation and construction of island multi energy system.For the uncertainty of power generation and demand,the source load nondeterminacy model is established.Considering the influence of operation strategy and nondeterminacy on system configuration,a two-level optimal configuration model of island multi energy system considering source load nondeterminacy is established.By solving the optimal capacity of equipment in the system,the rationality of the proposed optimal configuration of island multi energy system considering source load uncertainty is verified. |
