As a typical type of large-span steel structure,cable-supported reticulated shell structure is a flexible and efficient structural system developed in recent years.It belongs to the prestressing tension structure.It makes full use of the advantages of reticulated shell structure and cable tension system to form a new type of prestressing space structure system.It has both the advantages of reticulated shell and cable structure.Its structure has reasonable force,large stiffness,light weight and can be more effective.It has been more and more widely used to realize large-span space economically and beautifully.However,due to the diversity of structures,the existing research results have not yet formed a perfect theoretical system,or only part of the theoretical analysis.There are still some problems in the control of prestress in the construction process.Especially,there are few data on the construction technology of the new large-span cable-supported reticulated shell column-cap integrated tensioning.This kind of structure often presents new technical problems in the construction process.Its quality depends largely on reasonable joints,reasonable stress system and tension construction technology.At the same time,the construction accuracy of the whole reticulated shell installation also plays a vital role in the performance of cable-supported reticulated shell structure.Based on the project gymnasium of Henan Qingfeng Cultural and Sports Center,which is constructed by the author as the chief engineer of the project,the theoretical analysis and process monitoring results are carried out by using finite element software,and the integrated construction technology of column-cap of the new large-span cable-supported reticulated shell structure is emphatically studied in this paper.Based on the engineering characteristics and site construction conditions,and considering the construction period,environmental protection and economic benefits,the tension scheme is determined and strictly implemented.At the same time,the deformation monitoring of roof reticulated shells,displacement of column bottom and deformation monitoring of column cap connection,stress and strain monitoring of reticulated shells and braces,and steel tie rods are carried out in the whole process of tension in stages,circles and batches.The monitoring data are obtained and analyzed,and some conclusions are drawn by comparing with the simulation analysis.Thus the key technologies for the new type of large-span cable-supported reticulated shell structure are obtained.At the same time,the tension method for the structure is obtained.The sequence of tension and tension also provide safety guarantee for the construction and use of the project.Aiming at the new type of large-span cable-supported latticed shell column-cap integrated tension project,the paper summarizes the key technologies suitable for the construction of the project,especially puts forward the tension method which is realized by stages,circles,batches,small steps and synchronous tension accumulation and monitored in the whole process.It has been successfully applied to the gymnasium project of Qingfeng County Cultural and Sports Center in Henan Province,and achieved comparative results.Good results,at the same time,provide systematic construction technology reference for the same or similar projects,provide research ideas and solid construction data monitoring materials for further research,achieve more economic and social benefits,and have certain application and popularization value.
