| Based on the analysis of the actual development situation in recent years,the scope of application of steel-concrete composite bridges has been increasing,showing a rapid growth trend.Practice has shown that it not only has the advantages of combining steel structure and concrete structure,but also can produce significant technical and economic benefits and social benefits based on the analysis of actual application effects,which is very suitable for my country’s national conditions.The government has also formulated a series of policies to promote the development of steel-concrete composite structures,which can foresee the broad application prospects of steel-concrete composite beam bridges in the future.In order to better study the practical application prospects of steel-concrete composite beam bridges,in the process of research,this paper analyzes its direct application in highway engineering,and studies its feasibility and applicability.This article combines the engineering background,Select 25 m steel plate composite beam(small span)and 80m+140m+80m corrugated steel web continuous rigid frame(medium-long span)two bridge types as representatives,establish a finite element model for calculation and analysis,summarize relevant design theories and Checking method.At the same time,a traditional pre-stressed reinforced concrete beam bridge with the same span,width and structural form was formulated for the two types of bridges.By paying attention to the structural mechanical performance,construction performance,construction performance,The technical and economical analysis of the two bridge types is carried out in terms of the influence of structural weight.The main research work is as follows:(1)On the basis of reading sufficient literature,the development and research status of steel plate composite beams and corrugated steel web composite beams are reviewed.(2)For the design methods of simply supported composite beams and composite beams with corrugated steel webs,the section stress analysis methods of simply supported composite beams are mainly summarized,including the checking calculation methods of bending capacity and vertical shear strength.At the same time,the analysis methods of bending and torsion resistance of corrugated steel webs and the calculation methods of serviceability limit state are summarized.(3)Relying on the actual engineering 25 m simply supported steel plate composite beam bridge and(80+140+80)m continuous rigid frame with corrugated steel webs.For comparison,three sets of design schemes for 25 m concrete simply supported T-beams,small box beams and(80+140+80)m ordinary prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridges under the same design conditions are drawn up.(4)Build the corresponding Midas Civil finite element analysis model,complete the calculation based on this,analyze and calculate the stress and deflection data generated during the construction and use phases,study the force situation of the structure in the application process from the data,and study the weight of the structure at the same time As well as the ability to resist deformation,discuss the feasibility and applicability of steel-concrete composite structure bridges in highway engineering,and provide a certain reference basis for their design and application. |
